I Just wanted to say that Murat in the tottenham court road branch was absolutely fantastic the customer service displayed by him was second to none. Very professional and knowledgeable answered all questions to which was extremely helpful. A great asset to the company in my view. Thank you.

Our service was fantastic. We came in to buy a couch and we were unsure of several things including material, colour, size etc. All our questions were clearly answered and the advice given took into consideration our lifestyle and available space. We are extremely happy and feel very confident with our final choice and this was hugely thanks to the service provided during our trip to dfs today. Thank you so much! Sam and Dina

The service was superb and I felt relaxed.

Had a very pleasant buying experience at DFS Tottenham Court Road. I was assisted by a guy called Murat, who was very helpful, pleasant, and importantly didn't come across as trying to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. I came away with a fantastic sofa too.

The sales manager Jayson is very helpful and attentive. So am giving him 10

Just an update. I've sent two emails to the address I've been given to double check something about my purchase and since I left this review originally, I haven't got an answer yet. I will try by phone hoping I don't have to go there in person.

I added this comment solely because it is my personal experience and I figured it is fair to be transparent about every aspect.

Overall, good customer service inside, very slow at responding afterwards, but again just my personal experience.

The shop floor was spacious and pleasantly organised.
Narendra was attentive and kind, gave us plenty of information, and let us discuss different options, whilst being nearby to address any queries.

Kareem was very helpful in assisting us to make our decision on which furniture to purchase. It was so helpful that he was willing to put the furniture we were deciding on together so that it was much easier to make our final decision. This was a first class service which we hope will be continued with a good delivery.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Recline feature on sofa stopped working within three days. It took DFS six weeks to send someone to service it. The person they sent did *nothing*.

Since then, nothing further has happened! It has been several months, and every time I reach out to them, they tell me that they are waiting for parts. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a lopsided sofa with its footrest jutting out on one side.

Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

My husband and I went to Tottenham Court DFS. We had a lovely experience with Murat, the gentleman who looked after us. We took so much of his time before purchasing our 3+2seater sofas. He was very professional, patient and helpful.
