Great service and quality products
Dan was really knowledgeable and explained everything in a friendly, non patronising way. We didn't feel rushed, but equally, we weren't in the store any longer than we needed to be. (and we had a lovely cup of coffee!)

Would use again.
Sales staff were around to answer questions but not pushy. Lots of variety in price and style. Relaxed atmosphere is showroom.

Great not pushed into a sale great advice only down side on my behalf I didn't opt for the care package as wanted to read through it when I got home and then couldn't add it once it had arrived

Teresa was really helpful, she listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions accordingly. She also gave several visual alternatives to the sofa colours in store.
The aftercare advice was clear and the other add on products.

A visit to DFS to view a sofa we had seen online. Unfortunately the sofa was not on display in the showroom, but we were shown a similar sofa by the salesman Toby and decided to purchase.
