We visited Tunbridge wells store today and Alan helped us choose a great sofa. He explained how the company works, delivery dates and helped us choose the right colour and fabric. Very pleased with the service and look forward to receiving our new sofa.

The gentleman who worked in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure which made the experience much more positive and resulted in a sale.

This was our third visit to the store
This was our third visit to the store, as we were undecided and had short listed a few. Tess and Jim were both very helpful in assisting us and gave some good advice. Although it was nearly closing time, Jim went above and beyond to help us with our final decision. Very happy with our choice.

Great product with excellent service
A great quality product. Have been to various showrooms today but this product was an immediate winner, stylish, very comfortable and a good price. Happy with my choice I can truly say the customer service was excellent and has only added in a positive way to the whole purchasing experience. Professional, polite, very knowledgeable but not pushy.
