We were greeted by Mike, he gave us some guidance and then left us to browse without pressure. When we were deciding to buy he gave us all the info we needed (and some we didn't know we needed). Great experience.

We dealt with a lady called Sue in the Warrington branch. Absolutely lovely lady didn’t rush us in anyway sat with us and helped us make our decision with the couch and colour schemes. She was a credit to the store. Thanks again Sue and all the other team members. Great service would highly recommend.

No pressure. Great staff.
Lots of choice, no pressure. Helpful staff, given the space to try out without being followed. Sales staff knowledgeable and helpful. Some upsell of products if you require it with information on what they provide, but no pressure to purchase. Manager confirmed the details and double checked requirements triple times to check everything was correct. Manufacture lead time was 11 weeks which was fine by me. No issues. They can't 'store' furniture so the date you agree (nearer the time) will be the date.
