Very friendly service.
Spoilt for choice with designs. Cath spoke to and advised us yesterday, without pestering us whilst looking. We returned today to choose our furniture. We spoke to Cath again who was very polite and friendly, explained everything and advised us accordingly.

Kathy was just amazing with my autistic and ADHD grandson harry and he doesn't normally talk to people he's just met. She looked after us and our order of the sofa brilliantly she is a huge credit and asset to your company thank you so much for your help

Great experience in store and great customer service
Great experience in store. Served by Sam (I think) who was very helpful, very pleasant. I didn’t check my email confirmation until later and realised the order was incorrect. Popped back to the store and they have immediately amended the order and arranged a refund for the difference between the correct & incorrect item. All in all, very good experience and customer service.

we called in at your warrington store, and i have to say, the store was really nice. the warm and friendly greeting we received was really nice, everyone was so helpful.
