The service was amazing we was with Mandy and she helped me out so much and she was so lovely and very helpful and my two girls was getting abit overwhelmed and she got colouring out for them and my girls was so happy 😊 she helped me fill out the forms to get the sofa I feel in love with thankyou so much also the other man working there was so lovely too

We had a wonderful shopping experience at DFS Westwood cross. Mady was very helpful and approachable. Explained the process clearly and gave us all the information we needed to choose our sofa as well the ongoing care. Fantastic customer service 👍👍

The assistant had an excellent knowledge of products and delivery information. Helped us choose exactly what we wanted and would highly recommend her.

We spent a good few hrs in the Broadstairs shop. They answered all our questions, we changed our minds on 2 sofas but they stuck with us, we was offered coffee and tea too. Nothing was too much. Thank you DFS

Paul, Francesca and Mandy were excellent when helping me pick my new sofa

Mandy introduced herself soon after we arrived in store and said if we had any questions or needed advice we could ask her. We browsed round without being bothered by anyone, which was perfect, but you could always see someone if you needed help.
When I had almost decided on a sofa, Mandy appeared, and was able to answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable about the products, and found me a suitable foot stool to match my sofa. She also talked me through the sofa care 5 year plan, which I purchased. Absolutely perfect service.

Paul was so friendly, helpful and informative without being pushy. He gave valuable advice on my first visit when I came to just have a look around so I returned within a few days and happily made my purchase.

Staff asked if they could assist when we arrived then showed us to the right area. We were left to browse at our leisure but made aware to ask questions or assistance if needed.
Georgie was very helpful once we decided what sofa bed we liked. Showed us how bed pulled out went through swatches with us. Once purchased was decided she went through every step carefully with full explanation. Georgie made the sale a very enjoyable experience

The person dealing with my request was extremely helpful, knowledgeable in the products and was attentive to my requirements.

The lady I dealt with was lovely, I was looking with my mum and 6 year old who was full of life. I was looking for a sofa I’d seen online and it wasn’t in the showroom, I was shown similar which was helpful with making a decision.
