When I first approached staff I wasn’t sure they were interested in serving me, just a feeling I had. I sat and checked a few things as I knew the items I wanted, then I was approached by Andy (York branch). He was friendly and very helpful, he helped me finally decide on the exact items I liked. Showed me similar products and even showed me the sofas I was interested in on a big screen, This made it easier to decide. I then ordered my pieces, thanks Andy

The sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Let us browse after explaining whereabouts in the store the chairs were placed that we wanted to try out. Then once we decided the whole process was very smooth. Advised us on extra products which we decided to get. Very pleasant experience.

Really happy with my experience today. The team at the York store were brilliant, very informative, had answers for all my installation and delivery questions and were friendly too.

Quick and easy

I liked that I could get approved for credit and then come in to store to physically see the sofas and then you could just pull up my application without me having to go through it all again

Nice spacious store in York. Andrew was warm and welcoming. He offered assistance without being pushy, and was knowledgeable about care of the sofas.

From start to finish the process was super easy. Delivered on a bank holiday, efficient and took all the rubbish. Really pleased, many thanks for a great service!

The sales advisors listened to my needs, didn’t push me for a sale just shared their knowledge and helped me make the right decision. They were very warm and welcoming.

Great customer service and ease of purchase.

We visited many furniture stores and as soon as we walked in we were hit with the sales patter... Not at DFS, we got a friendly hello and were left to look around. When we were ready Andy was at hand to answer all our questions. Me and my wife are very different when it comes to furniture and what we like, Andy was fantastic explaining all the different options, styles and fabrics. Customer service was great, Cheers Andy

I came in to DFS - York today to purchase a sofa. I was helped by Andrew who was so helpful, he asked me if i had seen any online also showed me similar styles for comparison which was nice, extremely attentive to what i was looking for,really kind and patient also as really took the time to answer all my questions and he made sure i was happy with my decision. I was joined by my mum and gradma and he also included them in the conversations which was a nice touch.i am so happy with my new sofa and footstall its my dream sofa. I would highly recommend anyone to speak to Andrew and i will be recommending him to everyone i know. Thank you!
