Beautiful bracelet, my Nan loved it for her 80th birthday. But the website didnât make it clear how long the lead time is to make the piece. It took over 3 weeks to arrive so it was way past when I thought Iâd get it. And when I emailed to ask for an update, I didnât get a response. Happy with the quality though, itâs really beautiful.

Bad experience
Ordered a pair of earrings from their âlast chanceâ section.
According to their store policy, it would take approximately 3-4 businesses days for them to arrive, but 14 days has past and no shipment has been started yet.
I needed them for a graduation gift, but came to see, that it was not possible due to their slow response time.
Customer service is not optimal for a high-end jewellery shop.
Canât contact them by their phone-number listet.
Their livechat is not running.
Got in contact with a guy named Jake, seemed like a nice dude, but even tho explaining the issue, nothing happened what so ever.
Please be alert with this company, seems like their customer service does not match the quality of the jewellery.

Min 20.000kr diamantring er knÊkket efter kun 3 mÃ¥neders brug - det er under ALT kritik! Desuden fik jeg ikke den ring jeg var blevet lovet oprindeligt, min ring med naturlige diamanter har bow ties i alle 7 diamanter, pÃ¥ trods af, at jeg kÞbte den med klarhed som skulle undgÃ¥ dette. Diamonds factory ignorerede mine opkald og mails og hjalp aldrig med dette.
