Great experience at DID Electrical! We purchased an electric fan and the staff were very helpful throughout our visit. They kindly assisted us in finding the items we were looking for and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service — highly appreciated!

Visited the Turners Cross Cork store today for a Shark fan, they didn’t have the colour I wanted. Maria was fantastic, and ordered the colour I wanted and it will arrive later in the week.

She was friendly, helpful and professional - really exceptional service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria from DID Electrical on kinsale Road!I was eagerly waiting for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and when it turned out they didn’t have it in stock, I was told the earliest I could get it would be Tuesday. But Maria didn’t stop there she totally went above and beyond! After hours, she personally drove to one of their off-site locations to pick it up just so I could have it this morning. Her dedication and care truly blew me away. If you need any tech or service, Maria is the best of the best💖thank you, Maria, for making this experience so incredible!

We went to a few different places to get quotes for all appliances for a new build and the price we got from DID was the best. Maria in the Cork store was fantastic to work with. She took so much time to go through the different appliances with us and talk through the different brands and price ranges. She gave us a great quote and didn't put any pressure on us to purchase. She really listened to what we wanted, I counted speak highly enough of her. Thanks Maria!

I always use DID Electrical and my experience this time was no different to all of the others. Denys was the sales assistant I met this time and he was very professional and helpful. I was in and out in five minutes with my new Airfryer. Thanks to DID Electrical, Turners Cross and Denys.

Had an extremely positive experience in DID cork, all thanks to Maria. She was very welcoming and had an extensive breath of knowledge on all the appliances (both big and small) we were looking for some advice on. She also walked through the delivery and installation process which definitely helped the process go extremely smooth. If you’re looking for good customer service with knowledge of all the appliances, pros and cons of different selections and non-biased recommendations, I would recommend Maria.

Lucas in DID Electrical Turners Cross was very nice and accommodating during my visit. He did his best to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. Really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

Really poor attitudes from sales guys at till in Cork store. I hate when you’re made feel like they’re doing you a favour by taking your money. I appreciate there’s zero customer service training, but being pleasant in an interfacing retail environment should be instinctive even if its for show.

I ordered and paid for a number of items in the Turners Cross Store in Cork in April.
They were to be delivered from the store in kilkenny on Tuesday of this week however I went to the store went and picked up two of the items last Saturday.
One item needed to be delivered a small fridge/ freezer which was still to arrive on Tuesday to my mother's address.
Wednesday morning I went into the kilkenny store to ask why it wasn't delivered to be told not it was stock but the sales assistant assured me she would sort something out she was lovely couldn't say otherwise..
However I rang this morning again to check up on it to be told they don't have them anymore..I'm very disappointed as when I paid for it 1st day I was told it was on hold and would not be sold.
I was offered a fridge without a small freezer but it's of no use to me.
I know I will get a refund just not very good customer care.

Rang to check if item was in stock,it was and Andrew had it kept behind the counter, very helpful and efficient.
