Dipples Jewellers レビュー

Good price for a watch that ticked all my wish list boxes. Postal strike meant that the watch was not delivered on the due date. Phoned the store to enquire and the lady was extremely helpful. Tracked the parcel for me and informed me how to track it myself. Excellent customer care.

I phoned to check on an order and was very well advised and reassured.

Dipples Jewellery are great to buy from! They’re friendly & helpful, the watch I bought from them,100% quality , had a couple of questions, they answered immediately, the packaging was done so my purchase was well protected , immediate delivery, very pleased with everything

Wonderful to see that craftsmanship and care is not lost in this world. I would urge you to take the time to visit the actual shop (tucked away in Norwich's "Swan Lane"). A treasure trove of timepieces to browse and every feeling of being fitted by an expert tailor with something that I will love and will fit my lifestyle (This was the service I came for). This shop would be a superb place to take a loved one of any age and help them choose something truly special, or even just to see what can be created and connect with the art of working metal, minerals and jewels. My consultant was John Pearce and he was knowledgeable, caring and professional. All-in-all, what came through from this establishment was a sense of dedication and expertise. To ,now, learn that it has been family-run for generations makes all the sense in the world. The keepers of time and treasure, who give you the time to find something your own family can treasure for the future. First class. Thank you.

A personal service. A representative rang to give me options for delivery around a postal strike. Pricing was the most competitive I could find. Excellent service and would use again.

Absolutely fantastic service. Couldn’t fault them at all. I ordered late so delivery could have been delayed but a very helpful call from your team to enquire when I needed it led to immediate arrangement of courier delivery at no extra charge. Beyond helpful. From ordering to receiving was less than 36 hours! Beautifully presented gift.

This is the first time I purchased from Dipples Jewellers and there was a slight hiccup from the supplier not Dipples. My watch was damaged, straight Dipples advised me to send the watch back, reimbursed me the postage on the same day and already requested a replacement from the supplier. Very friendly and accommodating service. Thank you

Fast delivery and a great watch for a great price , thanks

Best price, also got discount. Fast service. Item as described. Very happy.

Purchased a watch recently, Geogina was very helpful when delivery was delayed during the postal strike. The watch is stunning. I initially chose Dipples because the price for the particular watch I wanted was substantially cheaper with them, but will continue to use for future purchases.

I wasn’t expecting the two beads to be exactly the same but am disappointed. One is so vibrant and the other rather dull.

Having recently lost one earring, the same as the ones I purchased, I was very relieved to find an exact replacement at Dipples. Ordering was easy and they arrived really quickly, beautifully boxed. Excellent customer service and great communication throughout.

Great price, good communication and fast delivery. Very happy.

Fast easy service

Ordering, dispatch, delivery and quality were all top notch. Would use again.

Easy to use website. Wasn’t in when the delivery arrived but arrived quickly. Haven’t seen my purchase yet as was wrapped beautifully in tissue with stickers so didn’t want to open as it’s a present.

Chose to go to an independent shop for our wedding rings. We was not disappointed. The man who helped us (I think his name was John) was very friendly and explained all the difference in the rings we looked at.
Help us choose the rings and was not pressured at all.
I even got my engagement ring resized for free.
100% recommend.
