If you want to be ripped off this is the company to use
For a no fault claim it has taken 18 months to resolve
The car hire charge for 5 weeks in a a well used small Honda was £8500
My injury claim payout was £2350 of which Dams took £867.50 in fees
I would never use this company again,I only used the this time because the vehicle repairer recommended them.What a mistake,He does not use them any more either.

These guys were really helpful, saved me having to pay my excess, got a decent courtesy car, and even though we're in the middle of a pandemic, they managed to arrange a video appointment with a doctor to assess my injury.
I'd definitely use them again if I'm unlucky enough to be in a similar situation.

Direct accident management is a great company. They issue vehicles out in less than 24 hours and handle claims swiftly. Definitely will be recommending them on to other.

I cant believe this company is still ripping off the general public and still nothing has been done. Inflated car hire charges, constant personal bank statment requests on almost every letter and threats of ourt costs reverting back to you.
I have been harrassed, lied to, car hire charges hidden from me, told its the law when l have questioned something, confused to see the car hire charges were £12,000 for 60 days, told l was paying this if they lose in court, asked for my financial state once again for certain months, wage slips for me and the wife who are unemployed, universal credit payment for last twelve months, any savings for me, wife or any kids of working age.....phew, told them they had all this already,.......then we won in court, yesssssss
The third party's insurance paid the fee, wow,...l finally got a letter telling me that it is over, 12 months later,...finally they were gone.
Then l got a letter telling me l needed to send all the same financial information again and they were now persuing court costs and if l dont send information, l will be paying them,......then it was lock down,..then l recieved another letter asking for more and the same financial information, or they are going to chase it from the third party.
I have been to citizens advice, ombudsman and some insurance regulation board, told me l have a claim of this company lyi v, but l needed to contact them first to see how they can put this right, wwhhhhaaaaaat, unbelieveble, read all the reviews about these and bond turner, you will find nightmare stories and still, these regulators know this is happening,...government needs to look at this, fruad in plain view, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
16/09/2020 Just had a call and four messages asking for more paperwork, non- reply messages stating that l have sent some paperwork but not all of it,..not mentioning what l havnt sent?? I see above this review is under review, must be to close to the truth regarding this companys under hand tactics,.....there are to many reviews regarding the over inflated cost of there car hire and how they get the customer to sign a blank form and edit this form in PEN after they have signed it.....so YOU dont see the actual costs, how is this not against the law
They are still trying to get money from us, lve told them lm already on universal credit, unemployed and anymore bills and l will be bankrupt, never aknowledged any of our problems, next stop,...watchdog, papers anything to highlight this company becuase nobody else is????

I have used Direct Accident twice now. Once was after an M25 crash where I suffered an injury and the second time I was not in my car. My local bodyshop recommended this option rather than going through insurance and it was so much easier. I had a very similar car delivered that same afternoon and had it until my car was repaired.
I filed an injury claim which they helped me with which was simple.
The office staff are fantastic and extremely helpful and reassuring and talk you through each step.
There is paperwork but it was quicker to fill out then chat to insurance companies back and forth all the time.
I will recommend them to anyone who has a non fault incident.

I’m writing this from a client and a garages point of view and we think this company is such a good accident management company to work with. Brilliant team who are always on the other end of the phone if we need advice or if we have a customers claim we need to put through.

'From the initial contact just after the accident, through to collecting my repaired car, an amazing service.Customer service second to none, possibly the best I have dealt with, within the motor trade. Nothing was too much trouble, from leaving my glasses in the damaged car whilst in for repair, through to someone helping my partner, pair her phone to the multimedia system of the loan car.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.'

We've been using Direct accident Accident for over 5 years now, and absolutely love the service they provide. They give a hassle free service to our customers who have had a non fault accident.
We recomend them all the time.

Direct Accident dealt with my claim really quickly and a hire car was delivered to me the following day due to my car being a write off. The money came through for my car a while later and I was able to purchase another. I highly recommend Direct Accident.

Overall a great service when my car was written off. They delivered a hire car in a timely manner and kept me informed on the progress of my claim. There was more paperwork (producing bank statements etc) than I was expecting but once I asked the reason why, it was explained clearly and my mind was put at ease. However the paperwork wasn't a surprise as it was outlined in my contract but I always find it best to clarify so there are no surprises.

I used dams through recommendation and i wasn't disappointed, once all details were exchanged every thing was straight forward, i was kept informed at each stage of the claim and repair process.
