Best company to deal with your claim! Everything went smooth and easy. Replacement car straight after the accident, great contact, unbelievable customer service. The Barts Auto UK Ltd Body Shop (where my car was send) made a great job with repairs as well. Truly recommend the service!

I use Direct Accident because they are very helpful, and easy to deal with. They can call our customers back and keep the customers informed. They get the job done when they say they will, and we are very happy with their service. I always recommend DAMS for my non fault accidents in my garage. Customer is helped from start to finish.

Thinking of using an accident management company. Although this company have many positive reviews they also have too many really awful ones. But what made my mind up to not use them, was they only have a Premium rate (very expensive) 0845 contact number. This is a way to make money for just taking your initial call & then all subsequent calls to them. Furthermore, it is a bit much expecting people to call 0845 for customer service inquiries which this plainly is, although they call it ' claim hotline' - it amounts to the same thing. I could not see the cost of calling this 0845 number, which by law must be clearly advertised wherever they are published.

I found all the staff at direct accident very help full and dealt with my accident in a very professional manor.
Was extremely helpful at such a worrying stressful time.

Been using dams for some time now and helped many customers ..this compnay was a saviour in many ways when a couple of customers have came to me and there insurance will not help them .. there insurance will not provide courtesy car dams wemt above and beyond within 24hours had customers very happy and back on road... even when one customer had an accident in a courtesy car it was reppaced with another with NO CHARGE which company does that? ..absolutely brilliant i say and we thank the team at dams for all your help ..shane at se motors accident management

Just a really great service. My car was damaged in an accident and they delivered a replacement the same day. I’d highly recommend them.

I’ve been useing dams for over 5 years now carnt fault there service or members of staff/reps there policy is always about what’s best for the coustomer and client there pay structure is 2nd to non and I will be recommending them for further coustomer at bodytech repair centre padfield keep up the great work cheers

Will never ever use the scammers once you sign means you are responsible for everything personally.courtsey means only a courtesy it’s not a free someone has to pay for it and what if third party doesn’t pay and you’ll have to pay yourself.

My experience with Direct Accident Management began in October of 2017. I contacted them with a claim which was a non fault damage and injury claim on my behalf, adamant they would be able to recover my losses they assured me they would call me back...

I then contacted DAMS MYSELF and told we are unable to find sufficient information about the third party, even though they were provided with a name and insurance company?! They then CLOSED my CASE as they were too incompetent to be able to find simple information.

As of March 2018 I am writing this review to tell you I single-handedly contacted DVLA to obtain the third parties certificate policy number, from the police. With this information I returned to DAM who are STILL UNABLE TO PROCESS THE CLAIM with a bunch of excuses leaving me out of pocket and unable to make a claim now.

This whole company has never called me back once in 6 months. Its a shambles.

Was hit whilst parked wasn’t sure DAMs could help but so happy to hear they could again!
Third time now I’ve used this company thankfully or my insurance premium would be through the roof!
There is some paperwork as per previous comments but for the ease and fact my ins co not involved it’s so worth it!.
The staff are so helpful I’m over the moon.

I have decided to write this review because I think this company deserves a plug as they really helped me when my insurance company let me down. My daughter and I were involved in a very bad accident just a few weeks before Christmas. My car had been flipped on its roof and I had to attend hospital with concussion (luckily my daughter was ok and the baby seat protected her!). My car was recovered from the scene of the accident by a local garage who later went on to become my hero!
My insurance company began dealing with the claim (which was clear cut with the third party admitting fault) and they provided me with a courtesy car. The following day they then collected the courtesy car as there had been a 'mistake on their system'...as I only had third party cover, apparently I wasn't covered on my policy for a courtesy car!!! Two weeks before Christmas! I was beside myself and very stressed so visited the local garage who had recovered my car. He was very helpful and looked into various finance options with me to purchase a second hand car but I simply couldn't afford it. That's when he suggested I called Direct Accident Management. They took my claim on and provided me with a hire car straight away whilst they assessed the damage to my car and concluded it was going to be a write off. I was able to continue using the hire car until the third parties insurance company paid out the pre accident value amount and this allowed me some breathing space to sort myself out physically, mentally and financially. There was quite a lot of paperwork to fill in from the Solicitors firm that they work with and it did frighten me to start with but the garage owner was really helpful and between him and the staff at the companies office, they reassured me what to do and it was all worth the effort. I have and will continue recommending this company to anyone in need. Thank you for turning a horrible situation into something more bearable.
