Unless you are home during the day, don't bother ordering. Delivery company won't leave anywhere or with a neighbour and no collection points. Wanted to charge me an extra £16 to redeliver after I wasn't home. Goods got sent back to seller and I bought from elsewhere who uses a sensible delivery company.

This this was not a problem as Direct Channel sorted the problem out super fast and sent out the order again via overnight courier so that I received it the next day. The items ordered all came in one cardboard box which obviously was not strong enough to carry the heavy items, thus when recieved the box was open on 3 sides. Don't think i will be ordering from them again.
