Jemmely... a jem of customer service
Jemmely walked me through the selection of a product and went over pricing and advised me on size and placement of the design. We spoke on the phone and by email. She was always helpful and checked on the status of my order from start to finish. 2 of my mugs came broken and she has already made it right. I tried purchasing these local and was not helped and all so I was weary of using an online source but I have had a super positive experience. Will highly recommend.
