DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If negative "stars" was an option, that is what they would get.
I ordered 36 engraved mugs and gave them to all my clients. Then I washed one so I could use it at home. The engraving was A STICKER! It came off in the dishwasher! I am mortified. They claim they are refunding me, but that will never make up for the embarrassment of giving a plain white mug that was meant to be a meaningful gift with my branding on it. UNBELIEVABLE!

Excellent customer service & ordering process
Arthur was excellent! He helped me quickly & effectively get my project executed, which included the art department helping on the spot. He is a complete delight to work with. I loved that I could talk to one person to work on my order. He supplied me with his direct extension and even called me to let me know my proof had been sent so I could meet my timeline. The website is easy to navigate, & easy to upload artwork. I can't wait to see the finished products & am excited to give the gifts to our business partners.

Great customer service - Efren's the best!

Great customer service!
I reached out to customer service to inquire about tax exempt and Barbie reached back out to me and was extremely prompt and professional. She helped me with my order and checked in with make to make sure I received the items and that all was ok. Really appreciated the help and follow through!

Exceptional Account Manager!
My experience has been great thus far - simply because of the tremendous service I've received from Jemmely Ventura. There were quite a few obstacles with a larger order for my client and Jemmely made things work within budget, quality, and timing. So impressed with her and the customer service we received. My company does large event purchases 10-12 times a year - I'm going to move our business to DiscountMugs because of her hard work.

Barbie Mendoza
Barbie Mendoza, the sales rep that helped me, is OUTSTANDING! She quickly helped me with the ordering process, corrected the proof before it got sent to me because it didn't have the right font, tracked the order to make sure it would be delivered in time for our event, and then in addition to the automated email with tracking information, Barbie also sent me an email letting me know the footballs had shipped. I work in customer service so I know stellar customer service when I see it. Barbie was top-notch and treated my very small order as if I was a huge corporate customer.

Amazing customer service a for last minute order
I was attempting to place a logo on a product online but wasn't quite sure how it would look. I called the 888 number on the DM website and did not wait long at all for Josephine to kindly great me. She was extremely efficient in gating my information and within minutes she sent me a proof via email. She thoroughly explained the process and I was able to place the order directly with her. She even informed me of a discount she applied to my order. Josephine was excellent, I'll be ordering again in the future.

A very easy experience
Our salesperson Josephine was very helpful as always. It is sometimes time consuming to do all of this ourselves and she facilitates the process and makes it a snap.

There were a couple hiccups, from the item being out of stock to our agency being unable to use the link they were forwarded. Throughout it all, Josephine M. was a tremendous help. Super responsive and understanding and made sure that all of our needs were satisfied. She was terrific.

I reached out to several companies for quotes but found that the pricing was excessive relative to the quality of the pens offered. Additionally, the estimated turnaround time exceeded our requirements.
However, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service experience. It was exceptionally seamless. I had the opportunity to work with Lanie Cuesta, who was a joy to collaborate with. This was by far the most straightforward and efficient customer service interaction I have encountered in the past decade. She truly facilitated our decision-making process.
