Iv dealt with Tom many years, he is always polite, Listens to my requirement's and works with me to achieve my requirements. DOESNT speak over me or give a load of flannel down the phone Like some of advisors have in the past, hence I always ask for Tom every year on renewal date. Nice and simple process to purchase a motor trade insurance quote. Wes was excellent throughout — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed, with no pressure at all.

Great service from the initial phone call to getting my insurance cover. I delt with Wes who was polite and professional, he listened to my requirements and understood the individual needs of my business. The quotation was fantastic and over half the cost of my renewal from my current insurers whilst keeping the same level of cover.
