If I could give 10 stars I’d complain and would want to ask if I can give 20 stars for the impeccable customer service I’ve received from Matt for the past couple of days prior to gaining my motor trade insurance.

Even till the end, he handled my tedious and repetitive questions with patience.

Truly believe if it wasn’t for Mr Carpenter I would’ve been with a different company getting my motor trade.

Matthew went above and beyond to help me get the best affordable cover. A true credit to the company. A****

Diabolical service no access to update the mid. Have to text or what's app registration accross to add to the middle no way off seeing what's on the mid suppose to phone to check which when you run a company isn't what you need at all this company won't tell you this until it's to late and you have already taken the policy out. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor would I recommend anyone with in the motor trade use this company either there cheap for a reason and that's because the service they provide is rubbish.

Worst insurance ever I don’t recommend at all please be careful they just scammer when you want to renew the don’t answer until you run out they will charge you double please don’t trust them im with them for 2 years first year was 1675£ and didn’t answer my phone until the last day they told me you don’t have a choice you have to pay 3380£ and for this year i call when 28 days left they told me they will send me email and i got now when 12 days left left I don’t wanna same thing happen now they wanna charge me 4160£ but i understand now i have 12 days left so I am looking for something else please be careful they are scanner
