Had small issue with test kit/ was resolved quickly. Received response/certificate within 2 days.

I sent 2 DNA tests in the same envelope and within days I was pleased to receive the results for one of them. This was promptly followed by an email asking for my feedback. Whilst it is still within the quoted time for results, this makes me concerned that the second has been mislaid as about 2 weeks has elapsed since the first results received. Hence I am Unsure how to grade feedback. Received second test results 5/6/2023. So now happy

Using Cellmark dna, was a simple process, but straightforward test procedure. Once returned for processing, results were received back very quickly.

The process of seeking DNA protection for our dog could not have been easier nor speedier. It's good to know now that were he to go missing his DNA being on a register might speed his safe return to us.

Prompt service, simple process. The only suggestion would be an explanation of what the additional report/certificate gives you beyond the email analysis report

The kit was easy to use and instructions were very clear !
But the results were disappointing… vague unless you know how to read DNA lines !
I did the DNA For training my dog if she was mostly collie I would know i could ask a lot and she’d train easily, but there was no clear margin ;or not that o could work out .

This was such a simple process to follow thanks to clear instructions. This gives me such peace of mind that if the worst were to happen, I have science on my side.
