We’re sorry to hear that you experienced a delay with your order and that the sealant jars did not arrive in the condition expected.

If there are ever any issues with an order, we always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can investigate and work towards a resolution. Unfortunately, without being made aware of the problem, we are unable to help or put things right.

We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with your experience. As previously explained via email, due to a sudden and significant increase in supplier pricing, we were unable to fulfil your order at the originally listed price. As a result, your order was cancelled and a full refund was issued promptly.

While the product is now available on our website at an updated price, this reflects the revised cost from our supplier. We appreciate this may be frustrating; however, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing or supply issues arise.

This matter has been fully addressed, and the refund has been completed.

We’re concerned to read your comments, as they do not reflect our records. Your order was placed on 1st April and was delivered the following day on 2nd April, well within the stated timeframe. Proof of delivery has also been provided to you directly.
