Drainage Channel レビュー 

I placed a small order with this company and then heard nothing; no response to my enquiry via their web site, phone calls un-answered. Then I read the Trustpilot reviews and thought oh ****!

However, an email direct to the company produced a prompt response from Shannon in sales, who checked my order status, got back to me immediately with the info (awaiting stock from Poland) arranged to supply the same items in a different colour, got it all together and dispatched the same day. The goods arrived with DPD the following lunchtime.

So after a wobbly start, they really turned up trumps, (thanks to Shannon) and I've got all the parts I need at a really good price.

Brilliant service, cheaper than anywhere else by far and delivered within 3 days. Was worried after reading reviews but thankfully all good.

Do not order from these cowboys I placed an order two weeks later still no goods, raised a complaint with PayPal then got my money back after them promising me I would get my order within 2 days terrible company

Ordered some drainage channel from them 2+ weeks ago.

Money taken straight away and no sign of any goods. Sent emails and made dozens and dozens of phone calls. All unanswered. Have now asked Visa for a refund.

The website ordered was Drainage-Channel but these guys trade a load of different websites from 75 St James Mill Road Northampton NN5 5JP.

I can't get through on any of their phone lines.

(Gas and Water Pipelines, Plastics express etc be very aware)

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. I have emailed, called, emailed again, submitted an online form and I have heard NOTHING.

I made my order on May 20th, I received a small part of my order on May 27th. But about £80 worth of drains still have not arrived. No arrival date, no email, no phone call. Nothing.

I had to purchase from a different shop to make sure the build could go ahead on time.

Still waiting for my order DCH16400 placed on 31st of may. Says order is still processing which is becoming a joke. Avoid this company.

Order placed 30 may still says processing, monies paid but I haven’t received anything , just says processing. Tried to email and call but no reply !! Be aware !!

Still waiting for my order, no reply when you contact them by mail or phone.
Complete waste of time...

My experience was brilliant. Ordered at height of Covid crisis, product delivered four days later. Brilliant product highly competitive and no complaints whatsoever. Installed eight metres today and looks superb. Would recommend based on my experience.

I purchased some drainage stuff from them thinking it was a good company, my order still says processing and they’ve taken my payment of £42! I’ve tried ringing them and emailed them so many times and I’ve even sent them a letter and nothing!
Now I’ve got in touch with my bank to claim the money back as it’s Fraud! DO NOT buy from this company! Shop local like I wished I had off!

Product order not received and bring on Covid 19 they suggest you don’t phone them (they cut you off) but email them.
They don’t respond despite several emails sent. Other people’s reviews also say the same. If I ever receive the product How do I know they will respond or refund so I feel like they are a bit of a scam company just taking my money as I now have to order my products and pay again else where

Sent my order back and its been signed for, now they’re not answering any calls / emails

Very competitive prices, slight drawback on delivery and needed to call them to clarify, would have been 5* if an option to specify the delivery day was available. Happily recommend for you drainage needs
