After speaking with multiple companies about canceling our vacation club, I was honestly discouraged. Most of them required upfront fees between $6,000 and $11,000, which didn’t feel right. Then I found Dramer Law, and the experience was completely different. Mr. Sinisky took his time explaining everything and made sure I understood the process before moving forward. The biggest relief was that there were no upfront fees—you only pay if they succeed, and the total cost was $2,500. Our case was resolved in just about a month, which was faster than I expected. We didn’t get a refund from the vacation club, but we already knew that was unlikely. Overall, we’re very happy we chose them. They kept us updated and were always quick to respond to any questions. Definitely a lesson learned for us about timeshares, but I’m glad we found a company we could trust.

This is the best Law firm! They were honest and upfront and I paid no upfront fees for them to get me out of my Timeshare contract! Not only did they get me out of my Timeshare contract but in record time! Most Timeshare exit Companies expect upfront fees and still say it can take up to three years and you still do some of the work. When i hired them I paid no upfront fees but signed a contract with an exact amount that would be charged when the contract was cancelled. Big shout out to Michael who walked me through the process and answered all of my questions and they did exactly as he said. He couldn't guarantee a time frame but he did make sure I was sent updates to let me know they were still working on it. I am amazed at how quickly they were able to cancel my contract! I will be singing praises to others who also want an honest company to not only get you out of your Timeshare contract but not have to upfront the money and not break the bank for their services. I will be forever grateful for this law firm and all who worked on cancelling my Timeshare contract.

I used The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer to help me cancel my timeshare, which had progressed to a court case after the useless timeshare exit company did nothing but charge me a lot of money. Michael, Angel, and Ken were incredibly responsive, provided monthly status updates, and, best of all, got the case dismissed and the contract cancelled in 9 months. TimeShare Cancellation

My husband and I have been trying to get out of our Timeshare for 5 years. (bought 1994) First we hired a lawyer then after 1.5 years no success, then TimeShare Exit team who then was sued by Washington County General and won- for bad practice and is now out of business. We paid them $6K to get out, never see that again. Then in April of this year I contacted Kenneth Dramer Law who does timeshare exits and more- paid nothing upfront and was kept informed of every aspect of the negotiations. Michael Sininsky and Angle Cannon where exceptional, emails returned promptly. By mid August they had negotiated a settlement with Wyndham Destinations Travel and Leisure Co. we accepted and as of August 13, 2024 we are free of our timeshare. This was important to us as we did not want our kids to have that burden, we are elated! We would highly recommend Kenneth Dramer Law to all.

We would have been better off paying the amount demanded by the creditor as it ended up costing us an additional $2,000 to have Dramer Law "negotiate" a settlement. We were treated like we were stupid through the entire process, and we would NEVER suggest that ANYONE use this alleged law firm again!

I have used them for last 7 years to help me clear up my debts and get my credit on track. Michael is great and the rest of his staff. Very diligent on keeping track of each creditor. I would highly recommend them.
