They did a great job with releasing me from my obligations of my timeshare. From the start they explained the process and continued email communication without fail! It was explained From the beginning that the process was going to take a while but they don't charge money upfront. They have low fees and I actually saved money off future maintenance fees. I highly recommend them!

It took me a long time to find this office but I’m glad I did. I had been searching for a long time for someone or ways to get out of not one but two timeshare contracts. My timeshare didn’t help, other law firms or exit firms were way out of my budget range. I wanted out of the timeshares because I couldn’t afford them and those firms were charging double if not triple the amount owed for getting rid of my contracts. I honestly gave up for a while was just going to let it ruin my credit and take an L. I didn’t want to search anymore because I always saw the same firms/advice over and over again. Until I found the Law office of Kenneth H Dramer. They have been in business for years not sure why they never showed up on my search feed. But they were excellent! They explained the whole process to me, told me it might take a long time given my resort and that I wouldn’t pay anything upfront. I was honestly a little skeptical but the reviews were good. They were able to settle and release me from both my contracts at a super fast timeframe, sooner than expected. They were also very patient with me and worked with me when I didn’t have the funds available for the settlement. They also do a payment plan to pay their fees and very communicative. They constantly checked up on me and let me know wether there were any updates or still wanting on the timeshare to respond. Definitely recommend! If I ever need services again I will definitely contact them 😌

It was great to know this firm and Michael Sininsky, who took care of my Timeshare cancellation. From the very beginning they were always very honest and transparent about all the process and what to expect from it.
They not only charge much less, when compared to all other firms I researched, as they only charge their fees after the cancellation is all set.
It took around 5 months to have the cancellation solved and to be free from this scam.
Very serious and hard worker group and I definitely recommend!

I was desperate to get out of a time share contract, and I'm happy to report that recently I received the letter from the time share company that not only had my contract been cancelled, but that they had released me from the debt that I owed. This thanks to the great work of Michael and team. Best of all there were no upfront fees, and a very low fee for their services after they were successful in my case. This was very different from other firms that wanted huge fees upfront. It took some months to get this resolved, but Michael and his team kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Horrible, Abusive and just out right Rude people. Both Michael and Mr. Kenneth are rude to their customers, they take your money, and instead of solving problems, they are intimidating you to accept deals. I have it in writing, that Mr. Michael, who works for Mr. Kenneth, declare that the legal team of an Merchant Cash Advance are, and I quote: "acting like the Mafia".
When I told this to Mr. Kenneth, he yelled at me and blamed me.
Please be ware, dont use them, they are very very rude people and have no compassion or care in helping you what so ever. Please be warned.
