BEWARE BEWARE! of this company. They are a small operation that misleads and lies to you about their services. I was lied and misled into signing an agreement that was never needed. I could have walked away but they told me I had to settle or I would be in trouble. I only talked to the "lawyer" one time on the phone who was very rude and arrogant. They are very unprofessional. They will cuss on the telephone and tell you information that is not true. BEWARE and consult a real lawyer before talking with this company. They are only in for the money and do not care if the advice is right or wrong.

This is the best Law Firm you will ever work with . They are friendly , responsive and most importantly they get the job done . Michael S. Over at the firm is wonderful .. just enough space on this review to thank him for all he has done for me . I was in a tough situation and he got me out of it . My 5 star review is not because i have ties with this Law firm but to thank them for all of their help . Use this firm and afterwards , you will be writing 5 stars reviews about them yourselves !

The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC did an outstanding job of getting our Hilton Grand Vacation timeshare canceled. There were plenty of offers to "try" and get it canceled from other outfits. Those outfits also wanted a substantial fee upfront with NO guarantee. The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PC had no charge until we were canceled and the fee was smaller than the upfront competition.

Kenneth and his team were great. Very good follow up and helped us create a game plan to get great results.

Highly recommended. We worked with Michael Sininsky and Kenneth Dramer throughout the pandemic, and they were pivotal in navigating uncharted waters for our restaurant chain. There are a lot of sharks in this industry, , but the Law Offices of Kenneth Dramer are the opposite. Hiring Michael and Kenneth was one of the most important decisions in our firms history. They are simply the best.

This is the only law firm that would help me get out of a timeshare that was unknowingly racking up many years worth of fees and telling me I would have to pay very large amounts of money to get out of the situation. Dramer Law dealt not only with the timeshare, but also the collections company that wanted a separate large amount of money. Mr. Sinisky got those collection fees dramatically reduced and he got me totally out of the contract with the timeshare. The fees from Dramer Law were very reasonable considering the amount of money that they saved me. I would much rather pay them over the timeshare company that was basically trying to rob me. I highly recommend Dramer Law if you are stuck in a timeshare and don’t know what to do. It does take time from start to finish, so be patient and let them do the work for you!

Michael Sininsky and Dramer Law helped my business' financial issues in such a short period of time. My wife and I are two of the many that have been deceived into purchasing a time share. Very quickly we realized that what we were sold was not what we thought we bought. Once we realized what was happening, we started to read other peoples experiences with timeshares online and there started our search for help in cutting our loses. We started with a company that is local, Bay Tree Solutions. They had been reaching out to us about "helping" us get out of our contract since we purchased the timeshare. Bay Tree Solutions stated that they would list and sell our timeshare very quickly and that their success rate was among the highest in the business. They charged us $1700 up front and well, we never heard from them again. Fast forward about a year and at the start of the pandemic we start our search again for help with our timeshare dilemma. A search on Google and several large timeshare exit companies pop up and we start to go through the motions. Firstt we speak to a qualification agent, then a manager to assure us we are in good hands and finally the C level executive who wants to really help, so they are going to slash the price and send out the contract next day air so we can get started immediately. After going through this with the top three agencies, I found that it all started to sound and feel very familiar! I felt like I was back in the timeshare sales office all over again. What is even worse is that among these three the prices I was quoted ranged from $5900 to $8300 and all required at least half of the money up front. Thankfully I followed my gut and did a bit more research which lead me to Mike Sininsky at The Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer, P.C. Mike was informative, honest and did not try to pray on our emotional stress. No upfront cost, amazing levels of communication and a sincere desire to help. He let us know that it would take about a year to finalize and sure enough 11 months to the day we received the wonderful news that we were hoping for. Throughout the 11 months Mike and team made sure to reach out at least once a month with an update. If we had any questions we received an answer almost immediately and a follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the response. I cannot say this enough, do yourself a favor and reach out to Mike at Dramer Law for help with your timeshare exit. I truly believe that you will not find a better company to help you through this. This can be a very sensitive and uncomfortable topic to discuss with strangers, yet the staff at Dramer Law were consistently respectful and professional. They explained the entire process from the start so there were no surprises later on and unlike other firms, allowed me to move at my pace with gently keeping me on track. Every company we investigated wanted over $3,500 to get you out of the contract and did not guarantee success. We finally found Dramer Law with a flat fee of $1,950. Michael Sininsky was our initial contact. We listened to his inside knowledge of the industry and tricks used. Some issues he discussed seemed to echo our situation almost exactly. He obviously knew the business. He offered timelines and pros and cons of possible actions. We liked what we heard. We reviewed them on the BBB, Avvo, Yelp and Trustpilot. The only downside for us was a lack of knowledge and trust with the ACH or e-check payment option, which did not have the additional processing charge associated with credit cards.
We finally agreed to go with them in May and 6 months later we received notice of cancellation terms. The terms they negotiated included the payment of current maintenance fees but once paid, we would be free and clear of this albatross. That added a bit to the price, but we were willing to pay so that this would be eliminated from us and our kids moving forward. Dramer Law did a great job keeping us informed monthly through the process and working with us on the final payments. Cannot thank Michael, Vanessa and the rest of the company enough with helping us through this. We would highly recommend them.

Can't find a better place then the law office of Kenneth. I am glad I choose then over others. They helped my business to get out of 300k debt in a matter of 6 month by negotiating the best payoff.
