The only issue I was disappointed with was an online advertisement through Dreamlines that stated free airfare included with cruise price if booked before April 1st. When I asked for airfare to be included, I was told the price would increase by $1000+ if I added airfare. I believe that is false advertisement by Oceania Cruises. I was not happy with that result. Paul Stroncek, the rep I worked with, was very good and I believe that issue was beyond his ability to control or help with. I was happy with Paul Stroncek's assistance with the cruise.

The representative we spoke with, “Angela Wong,”was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We look forward to our upcoming cruise and we thank you very much for your wonderful customer service!

I was a bit uncomfortable with the pricing. The representative asked me to give her a price to match instead of quoting Dreamlines price.

We have not taken the trip yet. However, the booking with Dreamlines was handled in an efficient, friendly, and well organized manner.

I had a great experience with Darlene, she was very nice and help me to find the best options to my family. She made all efforts to get the better to us. I am very happy I had choose dia Dreamlines to book my first cruise.

Angela did a great job booking my first cruise with me, but I was thinking I would have gotten a better rate with a travel agent, like Dreamlines, verses booking it myself. Angela gave me the exact same price as if I were to book the cruise by myself.
