Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Very easy to talk to and attended to our necessities. We were shown many options and arrived at a very good conclusion. They oriented us with documentations ect.... overall very informative and helpful. Looking forward to going on the trip to then again writing another review.

Excellent customer service. Tamara is great who helped to get the reservation done and went above and beyond to make our trip hasslefree. Good job. I would highly recommend this company and great resources they have.

The trip was made very enjoyable
The trip was made very enjoyable, by all the staff. We really enjoyed our time with Gate1. Visiting places we would never have gone too. Would use them again.

Carlos was excellent. Difficult time of the year to find a cruise over New Years. He spent a lot of time looking and found one that was available and fit our criteria. Great follow up.

I was unable to book my cruise…
I was unable to book my cruise reservations on my own. Therefore, I called the toll free number. The representative was able to tell me why the online registration was not working. She assisted with booking the reservation for my family.
