Haven't sailed yet but heard great things

Michelle Lavy was gr8!! We have never bn on a cruise before,she did so well working with me&all my questions..I asked her to call me back&she did..I finally made a choice&she did so well working&explaining things for me..truly helped me alot!!

Very good. The lady that worked with me did everything in her power to get the best deal out there at the time. Many thanks to Gueslyne ask for her she was awesome.

our agent Lori was awesome in making all of our reservations. there are over 20 of us going. I was having alot of trouble getting everybody together but -Lori took control making it easy to do business and getting us such a great rate. even managed to get us a drink package ard spending credit and everybody was super excited about this! I will always book with her in the future!

Darlene S. has been such a blessing to work with. She has been nothing but attentive, responsive and really strived to provide a lot of info, so as a consumer, you feel you are making sound educated decisions for travel with confidence. I mentioned it was important make this a great experience my husband, since it was his first cruise (so we can cruise more in the future!!), while for me it was about value. Darlene was sensitive to both our needs. I can confidently say I will be using Dreamlines and Darlene in the future!!! Thank you for an exceptional experience.

From the day that I first contacted our travel consultant it's been an awesome experience. She constantly keeps in contact and keeps me updated. She is fantastic with bookkeeping, etc, making our vacation planning a breeze!

Great service and help. There was a slight issue with the price shown online and what was actually being charged but it was taken care of in timely manner and i was compensated for the inconvenience. Any and all questions i have given there was a knowledgeable answer for. Very happy thus far with my experience over the phone. Am awaiting the cruise now. Cant wait for that experience

It’s my second time booking a cruise with Dreamlines, and I’m totally happy with it. Not only their website is the only cruise offers search engine that I can explore without a headache (I can’t get why others don’t just invest in normal UI/UX), but also the staff is always extremely helpful. Thank you Michelle for the exceptional customer service!

This is our first trip on the MSC and Lori Segal was very helpful in explaining everything to me making sure I got what I wanted for our family vacation! We are so excited! Thank you Lori for making our dream vacation come true!
