The bed we bought has proven to be the right choice.

The Abingdon Team put us the sleep match machine and then took the time to explain our options and letting us try as many bed options as we wanted. We found this very professional and really customer focused. Nothing was too much trouble for the Abingdon Team. When our bed arrived, the installers were also professional and very courteous. The whole experience was first class. We will recommend Dreams at Abingdon to all our friends and family

The guy in store was really helpful and informative (John) he explained all the types of mattresses etc. the delivery was good and the mattress I have chosen is really comfortable

Great staff at Abingdon branch. The bed sleepmatch service is very helpful. We weren't rushed and the person we had was very understanding of our needs.

Missing items. The team at Abingdon were great when we ordered the mattress and extras in store. The mattress itself is also very good and delivery was prompt! However some of the items from the order are missing and no response from customer services after 4 days.

The salesman Tyler in the Abingdon shop was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The delivery team were also very helpful and carried the old mattress down the stairs as being in our 80's we couldn't manage it.
The bed is very comfortable and a big improvement on our previous Tempur mattress purchased many years ago.

The customer service that I have received from Dreams has been appalling. Firstly, when I purchased the bed, at The Abingdon Showroom, the person dealing with my purchase, sat in front of me yawning. When the bed arrived a couple of weeks later it was faulty in several places - Both bases to the divan had marks on them and a hole in the material. And the headboard had a big black mark on it too. The driver remarked that I had chose a very light colour bed, so it can be a problem. Therefore, inferring it was my fault and making me feel really uncomfortable. He then proceeded to use my bathroom, without politely asking my permission. At this point I felt completely violated in my own home.His attitude was aggressive and I felt intimidated - And I just wanted him out of my property. I had to contact Dreams, after being told that they would definitely call me, and make a complaint. I was offered a small amount of compensation and told that a new bed and headboard would be ordered. I specifically asked for it all to be quality checked this time, as it such an upheaval to go through. Today the new bed was delivered and it's also faulty! The delivery driver was really apologetic and said it's not acceptable. By this point I was in tears. I'm still waiting for Dreams to respond but no attempt has been made to call me several hours later. I have never had such a shocking service from a company and I have paid over £2000 for the privilege of a bed from Dreams. I sincerely regret ever making a purchase with them and have no faith that I will ever receive a bed and headboard without any issues.

The whole process was so easy. Delivered when we wanted it. It was delivered and assembled very quickly and professionally done. All the cardboard was taken away. We have an ottoman bed which has lots of storage and a super comfy mattress. Very pleased with Dreams.
