I love my new orthopaedic bed!
It’s so comfortable and being very poorly, I can adjust the back, when watching tv, and the bottom of the bed to help with my arthritic legs. I also have options for a massage too.
The remote control is simple to use - everything is great.
It’s made a big difference for me…I don’t know how I coped before!
Delivery was on time, with helpful instructions.

Staff at Becks Hill branch were excellent and most helpful and I would not hesitate to use this branch again
Mattress was delivered on the due date and within the specified time, although must have been first on the list at 07:30 in the morning, being retired it did disturb the beauty sleep.
As for the mattress it is a Harrison Spinks Masters guild 4450K seems very comfortable , however it has raised the height of the bed requiring my wife to use a step to get in. Early days yet so will need a few months to formulate an overall opinion.

So far so good,i seem to be comfortable.

All good. From purchase to delivery everything was completed with friendly professionalism. Quality of goods purchased also represent VFM.

The staff at the store I visited (in Bexhill) could not have been friendlier or more helpful. When I spotted the goods I purchased were included in a sale the following day, they were quick to assure me the difference in price would be refunded. An extremely fair-minded approach, indicating, I feel, a trustworthy organisation.

From the purchase in Dreams Bexhill to delivery i was extremely impressed by the professional attitude shown by your staff.
A special mention should be given to your delivery crew. Exceptional throughout. The young guy with curly hair should have a special mention. He would be an extreme asset in sales or marketing. I really believe he is a jewel in your crown. Don't underestimate what an asset he could be.

The gentleman in Dreams in Bexhill was very helpful and friendly he made me feel welcome and comfortable and explained everything really well. Would definitely recommend Brandon and return should I need anything from Dreams. Refreshing to deal with someone who was great and knowledgeable.

The bed and mattress we ordered arrived well packaged and exactly as we had hoped. Sometimes when you make purchases things don't work out but we have to say we are 100% satisfied with our purchases.

Fantastic sofa beds. Comfy to sit on, and also to sleep on - and so easy to pull out and push back to normal. Great staff at the shop, who were very helpful and organised, and a friendly and hard working two man team who delivered and assembled quickly and easily. Loving my front room now, and also have space to accommodate overnight guests. Couldn’t be better.
