Excellent experience from order to delivery! Very pleased with the product!

We were welcomed by a salesman named Roy at the Cardiff Penarth Road branch. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses available. He even brought me to the mattress machine to determine which type suited me best and also explained the range of pillows available.

Roy was extremely patient and approachable, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. He encouraged us to try many different types of mattresses, from premium to affordable, based on my mattress type results, to make sure I got the best option for my sleep. He stayed by our side at all times, guided us with genuine care, and even offered us drinks.

My family and I felt his service was outstanding, and together with the quality of the mattresses offered, it made our decision easy — we purchased directly from him. In comparison, at another mattress store we visited earlier, the staff were not as friendly or helpful as Roy, which reinforced our decision to buy from him.

Overall, it was the best experience we’ve had when shopping for a mattress, and we happily give it a 10/10. Roy is truly an asset to your company.

everything was fantastic, great customer service

Firm at first but will mould to you, memory foam mattress , 4 ft so plenty of room for one, good quality, and delivery was on the day they said, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they even put the bed together, then took all the rubbish away, so very happy with the purchase

Couldn’t be happier with my new ottoman bed from Dreams! It looks absolutely stunning and feels super sturdy. Delivery was smooth and right on time—and the best part? It only took 3 hours to assemble (with no meltdowns!). Everything was so well organised and easy to follow. Honestly, such a seamless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Dreams, Penarth Rd, Cardiff thanks to Stacy, who helped me find the perfect mattress. She was really friendly, approachable, and happy to show me a wide range of options. She guided me through using the Sleepmatch machine, which helped identify the type of mattress that suited my body best, and explained the results clearly.

Stacy wasn’t pushy at all—just genuinely helpful and easy to chat to. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated her patience and knowledge. She made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend asking for Stacy if you’re visiting Dreams—she was absolutely lovely!

Staff at Dreams were very friendly and well informed about their products. Royston in particular, took his time and in my opinion offered exceptional customer service which l would like to think had it not been him we probably wouldn’t have bought anything. Thumbs up to all staff at Dreams
