We were allowed time to walk through the store without being harassed by staff but when we were ready to ask questions or ask advice , staff were available and gave good advice.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with our purchase. Will recommend to friends and family .the whole experience from store to delivery first class .been to alot of stores looking at mattresses

The assistant was very helpful,and we choose a mattress which was delivered on time by driver,he said to leave mattress for two hours before making up which I did .Husband and myself never slept all night because of smell from mattress. Next day I opened windows all day in frosty weather,this has continued for almost a fortnight smell just getting fainter now not nice

Great tempur mattress only downside is the wrong mattress protector was supplied so had to return to shop to have them swapped which I could have done with out the hassle

The girl was really good at her job she explained everything to us no pressure on the sale just let us take our time to make up our minds would recommend dreams to anyone who was looking for a bed

Absolutely excellent service in Clydebank store,Abbie was our sales assistant and was very informative helpful and we even had tea and chocolate biscuits. She informed us about every aspect of the beds we tried,all in all it was a delightful shopping experience

Delivery staff were punctual, careful when bringing the mattress upstairs, courteous and friendly. The mattress is very comfortable and I get a great night’s sleep!

My husband and I visited Clydebank store to purchase new bed. Daunting when you see so many beds.Sales assistant Kim excellent, friendly, suggested trying a bed first that weighed you, checked out your sleeping pattern ect took a few minutes. Kim was then able to direct us to several beds suitable for us. Purchase made, bed delivered on time. Delivered by Scott and son Scott set up bed for us really nice guys. Now having a great sleep top marks to DREAMS.

My wife and I were very well looked after by a very friendly assistant named Debbie at our Clydebank store,She was very good at her job and explained everything that would be happening prior to getting our order.

Lovely selection of beds, helpful staff but didn’t pressure. Store layout nice and great value option for longer warranty.

First class service in store and by delivery team. Very happy with new bed. No complaints at all.

My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. I had tried to shop online for a mattress for my new home and just didn't know where to start so when I was shopping in Clydebank and seen the Dreams store, I knew I had to go in.

I was greeted upon entry by by a lovely women, who then helped me through the entire process. When I explained that I wasn't sure where to start, she suggested I try the sleep match service. It was a 2-3 minute test where you lay down on a bed that analyses your body's pressure points on the mattress, and recommends several mattresses based off your results. This was hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Based on the results, I was then shown mattresses that suited my needs. I was also given a pillow (based on my sleeping position) to use when trying out the mattresses to make sure I had the best experience. I especially loved that the machine didn't just recommend a high end mattress, it gave me several options from budget friendly to high end and I didn't ever once feel like I was being persuaded one way or another. In the end, I went with a firm Tenby mattress, which is a matress from Dreams' own line.

When it came time to purchasing the mattress, I was offered tea & coffee whilst the member of staff went through everything I needed to know, and was so friendly and informative the entire time!

I've been sleeping on the mattress now for just over a week, and I'm amazed at the difference it has made. My joint pain is almost completely gone, and I feel so much more energised in the mornings. I was assured that I had 30 days to try out and return the mattress if needed, but I would be daft to send it back.

I really can't recommend dreams enough!
