No hard sale, and speedy delivery.
We previously tried mattresses at a competitor. They let us try as many as we wanted, but not helpful in advising on best one. Also no opportunity to return once purchased.
Dreams used their scanning machine to suggest four mattresses. We didn't want an all foam one, so tried the other three. Then retried the two we liked and then chose the one we wanted. It was the same price as the cheapest in the other store.
We had two free pillows. Paid extra for extended warranty, delivery, and removal of old mattress. Could have had it delivered the same week, but delayed until convenient. Delivery driver phoned in the morning to confirm delivery. Two guys removed and wrapped old mattress, brought ours in and repositioned the bed for us. They wore overshoes on the house. Brilliant.

Dreams a brilliant in store experience.
Brilliant efficient service from a colleague in store, he knew everything, he was very patient and showed me so many different mattresses to try. I was in there 2 hours and eventually found the right one.
He even changed my delivery date 3 times to get it to me quicker.

A new mattress with no hassle
The store was busy but the sales people took time to help me find the right mattress for me. The ordering process was straight forward. The delivery date was very good, only 6 days after visiting the store. The delivery men were polite and careful taking their shoes off as they came in (it was snowing that say). They took the old mattress away from my bedroom and brought the new one in and installed it in my bedroom. No mess, no fuss, just a better night's sleep! Thank you guys!

From the moment we walked in store
From the moment we walked in store, we were made welcome by the sales staff, everything was explained about the construction of the different beds with no rush , our dream experience was even better when told of delivery date.

The perfect nights sleep
After receiving such great service at the Crawley branch, I purchased my mattress, had it delivered and it’s perfect. I tried quite a few in store with the help of Karen (who was incredibly patient!) and I have definitely found the best one for me. I’m a very happy customer.

The experience I received in buying my Ottoman bed
The experience I received in buying my new Ottoman bed from Dreams in Crawley was second to none, from the showroom assistants assessing my needs to choosing the right bed. The delivery men were prompt and fitted the bed where required showing how the riser worked to the after care when I had difficulty. My new bed is a dream. Thank you

Excellent service in the Crawley Branch we were show
a good selection of Mattresses divans and head boards before we made our selection.
Delivery was on time and assembled in our bedroom,
old mattress was was disposed of by Dreams .

Brilliant service!
The sales guy Ian went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect mattress. He was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. We left the store confident that we had made the right choice.
Delivery was just as good with good communication and the two guys were friendly, careful and efficient. I throughly recommend Dreams for quality and excellent service.
