Bradley was very polite and helpful

The new mattress is so comfortable, the only problem is wanting to leave it in the morning.

The drawer front on one of the drawers of the divan had not been stuck, so when we unwrapped it it fell off.

No real complaints. Got an email a day or two before saying to click the link if I wanted to rearrange delivery date, which I did. Waste of time that was. Link didn't work. So had to ring them. Rearranged the date, but new date couldn't be confirmed, so had no real idea whether the bed would be delivered on the original date or not! It didnt.
When it finally arrived on the new date the delivery men were exactly what you want. Friendly and helpful 👍
Bed's ok. No complaints. Mattress was cheap and acts cheap. But there you go....

Comprehensive advice and help in the store which made the buying process smooth. The chosen mattress is lovely and very comfortable. The guys who delivered the mattress were excellent.

Very helpful and pleasant experience at your Crawley branch. Very pleased with our new King size Tempur bed. Delivery by two great guys.

The whole process of testing the mattress, ordering and delivery was professional and excellent. The mattress is fine, comfortable - the only issue although very minor, is that sheets tend to get ruffled up, the mattress is slippery. This is the second Tempur mattress and it is as good as the first, highly recommended.

The lads were great. Very respectful.

The service at Dreams was brilliant. Very informative and helpful and knowledgeable. The guys who delivered our new bed were professional and extremely helpful. Without any fuss they put the delivery where I asked as I was home alone that day and even took their shoes off when coming in my house.
The bed was very easy to assemble and looks lovely. Mattress is extremely comfortable. Very happy customer.

Our chosen bed was not in stock (New Malden) so had to be ordered.
Through the 4 week period, communication flow was good.
Including over the delivery which was excellent service; pre warning, day of delivery, and professional delivery service by two polite and considerate operatives (Steve and Tony - Crawley branch).
Our chosen bed and mattress was exactly as expected and is a good product (4.6 divan).
Very happy with the quality of the product and the service.
Our first purchase from Dreams and would happily return in the future.

The two gentleman that delivered the bed to my dad were really nice and friendly , and they both went above and beyond being helpful.

All assistants made me feel welcome and gave advice when needed. Did not pressure me into buying anything. So helpful and kind. Were able to ensure both mattresses were delivered when I needed and were even able to give me an upgrade!

Excellent service both in store and on delivery

I had high hopes when deciding to utilize Dreams services, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Dreams become a nightmare for us. From the lack of customer service to receving a product with a defect, my overall interaction with Dreams left much to be desired.

We originally placed our Order September 27th 2024 in their Crawley store and we were guaranteed that we'd receive the bed by 9 working days guaranteed 2 weeks latest, however due to delays, we called up again, asking and when it will be delivered, and they said November 2024, but then was delivered DEC 2024, a whole month after!

We ended up receiving it nearly 3 MONTHS later on December 20th 2024. We had recently relocated and due to the delay is Dreams providing us the bed we had to sleep on the floor for the whole duration which has caused much back pain for both me and my wife.

On top of receiving the bed extremely late, it had arrived with a defect (damaged lifting strap) which we notifed Dreams on 13th of January 2025 and we were told we'd hear back within 3 to 5 working days. We still havent heard back to date.

One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the unresponsiveness of Dreams customer service team. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone/email for assistance, my inquiries were met with no response at all. This lack of communication not only caused frustration but also left me feeling neglected as a customer.

Overall, my experience with Dreams was a letdown. From the inadequate customer service to the lackluster product quality, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others. As a consumer, it is crucial to prioritize companies that value customer satisfaction and deliver on their promises – unfortunately, Dreams fell short in both regards.
