Very exceptional service by colleague - Moses. To me, it makes all difference. Was recommended by my workmates to come to Croydon to see him. All I'm happy and products really good value for money.

Really good customer service. Lots of variety to choose the best mattress.

Very friendly & patient team in the store whilst we made up our minds. I was rung in the morning of the delivery to confirm my time slot in addition to being emailed in advance.The drivers were very professional and had my bed assembled in no time. They explained about reassembling the bed should I need to move the it. All the rubbish was removed.All in all a very good experience.

The top range Tempure mattress is second to none.
Pricy but worth the money.

Went to Dreams, Croydon branch today and was met by Calvin. We explained that we wanted to renew our mattress and Calvin put us on a bed that tested what type of mattress we would need. He then showed us an array of mattresses that would suit our needs and happily let us spend as long as we liked trying them all out telling us the pros and cons of each mattress. We immediately felt there was no pressurised sales pitch. Calvin was genuinely ensuring that, if we did buy a mattress, we got the one best suited to our needs. We were so impressed with the quality of service from Calvin that we had no hesitation in buying our mattress from Dreams and we also decided to buy a bed frame as well

The men who delivered the bed were very curtious and polite. Did a very good job of taking the old bed away and assembling the new one. Took all the rubbish away as well. Very nice people.

Great customer service within the store. We were placed on a bed which measures how we sleep and gave us information about which beds would suit our needs best. The lovely sales assistant patiently took us around the store to try all these beds until we were happy we found the one.

Really helpful, unrushed, informative and actually relaxing experience with Noel, for whom nothing was too much trouble. We weren't hopeful of making a decision prior to visiting Dreams but felt confident in our eventual purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for Noel - he was helpful and patient and thanks to him the whole visit was totally stress free. Thank you!

Dreams has a great selection of mattresses and the whole experience felt well organised and professional. Being able to try a wide range of options gave us real confidence in our final choice. The mattress selection machine was also very helpful, as it guided us towards suitable options and made the decision feel much more informed.

Our sales rep - Moses provided excellent service throughout. He was friendly, approachable and very accommodating, giving us the time and space to test different mattresses without any pressure. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions clearly. Overall, a genuinely positive experience and we would highly recommend this store.
