Fast friendly and on time with delivery..Mattress is 100%...no hassle or problems from point of purchase.

Went in to pick a bed with absolutely no idea what we wanted. Within half an hour it was ordered and arrived just 3 weeks later. Many thanks to John, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bed is great too.

From entering the shop to the delivery of the mattress the whole experience was a dream.

Got my new Mattress delivered the day i was going on holiday ,so as yet ive not had the privilege of using my mattress.

staff are excellent - good advice and lots of products to choose from. Make you feel at home and are there to answer all questions. Dont rush you to make a decision.

John and Imran in the Falkirk store went over and above to get us the best deal on our chosen bed. Very professional and lovely to deal with.

John in the Falkirk store was great from the minute we walked in the door. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and introduced himself and let us have a walk around and then come to him when we were ready to chat about our requirements. He was very friendly and understanding and even recommended a product he thought we’d like that they didn’t have in store but had online which we ended up buying! Perfect customer service :) looking forward to getting our new bed!

No one is getting back to me about my price match despite not having taken delivery of bed. I suspect this is so they can avoid refunding the difference with the price match promise as stated in other reviews. I hope not. The customer service has been terrible despite nearly 13 days since I emailed. I sent another email on contact page which has also been ignored.

Update - since my trust pilot review Peter from Dreams got in touch the following day and has sorted everything out for me. They have honoured price match which I am really pleased about. Thanks very much Peter.

From sales to delivery couldn’t fault Dreams In the shop you weren’t pressured into any thing the sales man listened to what we were wanting took time to help & explained the pros & cons before our decision. Before the delivery they gave us a time slot & on the morning of the delivery contacted us 20 minutes before they came .

Staff were very helpful and the delivery team were a dream.

We ordered both a mattress and a tv bed from Dreams Falkirk. Everything so far has went like clockwork. We found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly fromJohn who helped us choose the correct mattress and has kept us updated as we wait for our tv bed to the young guys who delivered the mattress who were professional and polite and very helpful. We then went into pay the balance on our tv bed and the girl was also lovely. Our mattress is honestly so comfortable, we highly recommend Dreams.

Helping me choose a new mattress James the sales person was exceptionally knowledgeable and really helpful and patient while I had a go at all the different ones. I choose my mattress and it was delivered in the time frame and I absolutely love it. Would definitely use dreams again ☺️

Staff in-store were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good range available in store. We are very happy with our purchase - we feel like we are sleeping in a hotel bed every night!
