The experience we had with dreams was excellent from the start of ordering the mattress to getting it delivered.
The advice and service was brilliant and the mattress itself is superb.

When we entered the Dreams showroom in Fareham we were treated very well by friendly staff, not pushy, just there to help. Simon took us through all the possibilities of an adjustable bed, and I used the machine which gives you choices of suitable mattresses. No stress, no rush, no pressure. We have since received the bed we chose, and I am very pleased with it, all I wanted.

It started with a visit to the Fareham Store.We were greated by a friendly professional lady, who sat with us to find out what we wanted,and then what would be the best bed for me, after trying out their test bed.
The staff member showed great patience in going over the details of the various types of mattress and the most suitable for me, I'm a senior person.
The trip rated 10/10.
The delivery was about 1 month later,I had prior warning with a date and time the delivery would arrive,I was given a 2 hour slot,they arrived within the time.The men were most respectful and friendly., they put on overshoes when they entered the house. I showed them where I wanted the bed to be located, when they completed the work,they explained that I could only rotate the mattress and not to turn it over because of its construction.
I would recommend Dreams Beds to anyone. They provide a good product and give an excellent service 10/10

The whole experience was really good from the start to the end. I was advised which beds were the best for me by Kat. She was very patient, and didn't rush me. My bed came within 3 weeks of ordering. Kieran and Drew delivered and constructed the whole thing for me. The rubbish was even disposed of by them. I would recommend them. I'm having a lovely night's sleep.

gentlemen that delivered the bed also very friendly and polite. Made light work of removing the old bed and taking the new bed upstairs and assembling it.

Bed all good and getting a good nights sleep. The delivery was as advertised and the driver kept us informed several times to confirm the delivery time.

Shop service in Fareham was excellent. My superking mattress was delivered with the remit of removing the old and replacing with the new. I’m in a town house with the bed being on the third floor. I was told if the guys can’t get the mattress up or down I’ll be refunded the service. The guys did it - mattress’s were covered and down and up they went. They made it look easy. So pleased as when my family moved in it was the hardest part of moving getting the mattress up the top. The bonus was if I didn’t get on with it I could replace it or refund it.

We had a great experience with Dreams. On entering the store Simon, our Bed Expert made us feel welcome and at ease. He explained the Sleepmatch process well and was extremely knowledgeable in advising us of our result options. The ordering and delivery process was totally seamless and we are having the best sleep in years. The only thing we would recommend is a change in the coffee we were offered, (hence the 4 star review) It was not pleasant. I popped back into the store after our purchase with a different brand and left with the team.

Simon was a very informative member of staff and the Sleepmatch machine is a must for finding the best mattress for you. Would highly recommend.
