Staff were amazing

Sales team in the shop very helpful and 2 boys who set my bed up and ottoman..carried it upstairs and placed where I wanted..we are both pensioners so appreciate everything you did for us...5*

In store service was excellent and we are excited to receive our new mattress.

However, when trying to change the delivery date, I was told that this cannot be done without first cancelling my original delivery date. This then runs the risk of winding up with a date that is further away than the original if there are no sooner dates available.

I have to say, absolutely, diabolically appalling system you have there. You're telling me there isn't any possible, conceivable way that you can have the delivery availability shared with the sales staff to provide quality service and peace of mind? Your logistics department must have a calendar somewhere, a timetable or availability sheet that can be integrated with the customer service teams.

Don't understand why I have to gamble on when my delivery will come.

The customer service and knowledge from Adrianne was brilliant in helping me buy a new mattress and bed headboard for my son’s bed. A very positive experience

So after a bad experience at basildon branch, i was told that Chelmsford branch was much more knowledgeable by friends/family so I went to chelmsford branch and ordered a bed with a knowledgeable colleague called Roam, but once I ordered and booked in delivery I found that the date wasnt agreeable, called customer servuces on the monday after placing on the saturday to be told dreams would be taking their system offline for a week so I wouldn't be able to change the delivery date but moving by a week wouldnt be a problem. Have tried to change now and after 30 minutes waiting to get call answered get told end of august is earliest delivery date, said I had been advised moving it a week wouldnt be a problem and the answer was well that was last week and now its end of august. Advised i would have to think about cancellation and was told by hanzer in customer services yeah thats no problem. Hanzer in customer service needs some customer service training.

The bed was comfortable and helped my back problem . Only had a limited time to try it at present due to house moving .

Dreams, it is certainly the place to go and source your new bed. The technology they use to find a mattress that suits your needs is very unique compared to other companies. There is also a really good le el of stock to try within the store, which was all supported by the help and assistance with the friendly team at the store. Overall, very happy with the whole experience.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff in store who did not pressurise when trying to make a sale.
A set delivery date and easy finance set up, ensuring a smooth experience overall.
The mattress arrived as organised within a 2 hour time slot and was hassle free. Smart, friendly delivery guys were efficient and helpful, also knowledgeable about the product, advising us to remove plastic and let mattress breathe etc.
I would definitely buy from Dreams again.

Absolutely love my tempur mattress and could not have been treat better by dreams, the only comment would be unless you pay for the service they just bring it into the hallway and it is a very heavy mattress, we live in a bungalow and would of thought it would be good customer service to just take it to the room it was going ( this is not a cheap mattress)

Staff made you feel very welcome. Tried several mattresses and there was no pressure to buy. Delivery was good and the took the old msttress away.

Having tried out our mattress of choice in the Shop, we have found it delivers everything we were expecting. Mattress moulds to you body and remains cool, even in this heat.

Excellent delivery and product knowledge and staff were a credit to Dreams!
