Exceptionally helpful in the showroom. Not in the slightest bit rushed or put under any pressure to make a decision. Delivery was on time and very efficient. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable.

Unfortunately there isn't a zero option, otherwise I'd use it!!!
We visited the Guildford store on 5 Jul armed with pictures of our stairway and ordered our King size ottoman based on their recommendations on what would fit up the stairway.
Delivery date was set for 7 Aug only to find the headboard didn't fit up the staircase.
Back to square one, and, once again on advice of the store, we agreed to compromise on style and colour, and reordered East to West Divans that will 'fit', or so we were told.
We were given a blow up bed to sleep on in the interim.
Divans arrived this morning to find they did not fit up the staircase either!
I mention the store has not once offered to view the site so have no physical idea of what they're dealing with!
Also, on both occasions, the delivery men have suggested what may fit, yet it seams the two do not liaise with each other resulting in a huge disconnect between sales and delivery/fitment.
I have HUGE humour failure!
After trying to call the store where only an answering machine responds, I revert to Head Office customer service to be told they can't escalate my complaint, my issue will be queued.
Having worked in the manufacturing environment I will always give the company first right to resolve the issue because we all know problems occur, but when you can't identify and troubleshoot the complaints on a severity basis there is a HUGE problem.
I also make mention that I gave the company 1 hour right to reply before posting this which clearly fell on deaf ears!!!
Dreams have had use of 100% of my funds, paid in good faith, for over 6 weeks and at 60 years old my options are to continue sleeping on a blow up bed or on the mattress which has been left on my bedroom floor.
Will they be supplying the forklift to assist me on getting down and up from the floor as well?!?
I have NEVER been this disappointed with the after sales service of any company before!!!

Obviously our bad experience can't be undone and at the end of the day we are still without a bed until 07 Sep.
However, we accept and appreciate your goodwill gesture of a partial refund and I thank you for acknowledging my constructive criticism, from which, I hope learnings are taken.

Visited Guildford North Street Dreams shop to investigate the potential purchase of a replacement mattress. The Manager Mr Lancu-Zeno was very helpful throughout the research process that I undertook. Although the choice of mattress came down to one of two alternatives, the decision process took me a considerable amount of time to reach the ultimate decision, but we got there eventually with lots of patience on show. Delivery and installation in June went as clockwork.

It was a great opportunity to purchase a double bed. The customer service team is professional and they give you a hand to clear all details. Special thanks for Pauline for patience and kindness. It’s highly advised for others to try and visit the workshop.

It’s not what I was expecting, no storage in bed , I ordered something us and I received something different

Delivery was lovely, they were friendly and informative, instructions were clear, even my moronic self could build it, and once built it looked exactly as shown in the images.
Customer service was fabulous, delivery was on time and a friendly experience, and the product itself was perfect.

The staff at the Guildford store were super friendly and really helpful with helping me to find a new mattress. I really didn’t know what I was looking for and they asked me to lay down on the machine so that it could work out what would be good for me. With the staff’s help I chose one, the delivery was quick , Delivery Men were super nice too. I would go back there and recommend the store to my family and friends

We had an excellent experience at Dreams Guildford. We bought a super king Tempur mattress. What can i say - we absolutely love it! It has transformed our sleep. No more aches and pains. It is sooooo comfy. No roll together. No more waking up in the night. Thank you Dreams!

They asked us to pay our account in full so that delivery be booked. But when delivery comes, they e-mail me they cannot deliver because of some reasons. They even offer for a free assembly but actually we already paid the whole thing plus the assembly of the said bed.

Friendly staff and a good range of mattresses. We found one to suit us fairly quickly.
