Very smooth transaction every thing as it should be

Excellent service all the way through with a good knowledge of what makes you comfy as you sleep. Delivery was also excellent with the mattress being put in place for us.

Great Mattress from Dreams

Really happy with this mattress from Dreams. It arrived on time, was easy to set up, and feels very comfortable. It offers great support while still being soft enough for a good night’s sleep. Excellent quality and value—would definitely recommend.

Our replacement come on time and was brought in our property with great care. Taking their shoes off and very polite.

We bought a mattress a few weeks ago , had some trouble with emails (purchase confirmation) and delivery but quick response from costumer service manager and it was all sorted out .
Mattress is a top quality as well as service.

I found it easy and straightforward Dave was helpfull and pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and that I was on a budget. He showed me the bed I was interested in and told me the headboard and the bed were on offer. He then showed me all the colours it came in. Very good at his job. And very understanding And I must say I love the bed. Thankyou Dave and Dreams.

Friendly helpful staff with excellent knowledge of products

To start with Tracy who looked after me from beginning was very helpful, felt comfortable with her an not pressured in any way.
I felt comfortable from the start even though I never been in the shop before.

Further to my review of this company.
I have waited from 15th of October to have my £2500 bed fixed, I had to wait till today from an engineer sort it.
The engineer came only to issue a report on what is wrong, outcome, Manufacturing fault.
This company is a joke.
Even refused to replace this bed, until technician had come to view it. We now have to wait again for a phone call from whoever this is passed on to, to find out what they are going to do about it. AVOID!!
UPDATE.
After saying we wanted a replacement bed and not the fault repaired, and the engineer coming out , just to confirm, “ it’s broken “, .
We have now had the bed taken away and a refund is in place.
But why does it taken seconds to take my money, but up 7 to 10 days to refund me ????.
This company has good quality beds, I was unlucky, with that “one bed”, but the customer service is terrible, engineers to confirm what their own work force reported, weeks for a replacement part, ( if we wanted it replaced “.
Just bought a replacement from another company for HALF the price.

As the staff 2 of them were great they were rushed off their feet so we had to wait a long time. The bed is great. Wasn’t happy about paying to have it taken upstairs. I have still given you 5 stars as it was delivered dead on time with plenty of notice.
