Aimee was really helpful and offered assistance whilst not trying to sell everything in the store. We came out with exactly what we needed to have the best nights sleep!

Everyone in the store was so helpful and not pushy, letting us make our choices in our own time. Delivery was on time and put in to the room.

From start to finish was looking dubious until I received a phone call on when my bedding was going to be delivered,cannot fault it will return if my needs require any further bedding

The staff at the Ipswich store were brilliant and very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough.

At The initial entry to the store we were welcomed and asked if we needed any help. We asked to use the bed that provides you with the information about which bed and mattress would be best suited to you and your partner. The lady, Carole Fenwick set the system up and said she’d be around if we needed her. She was always available but never pushy.
Both Carole and the store manager Steve, were both brilliant and spent time with us discussing the various purchase / finance options. When we purchased the mattress Steve honoured the offer for the cloud pillows. The entire experience was really good, to the point we have recommend family and friends to attend this particular store.
Very pleased with the service, the bed is a bonus!

We had marvellous service from Dreams in Ipswich from the moment we entered the store on a Thursday afternoon. Clear information was provided, a selection of a new mattress was made. We received the excellent product the following Tuesday.

We took advantage of the 40 days promise as we didn't like the first mattress. The return and order of a new mattress was seemless. The store were very helpful, as was customer service.

Carol from Ipswich was the best!
Had a issue with a mattress from a online order… I understand in store they was unable to proceed anything for me but Carol went the extra mile to find me the correct mattress for me and my partner! She was very helpful, polite and pointed us in the right direction. You need more people like her working for your stores I have been else where which I won’t name and shame and as a salesman my self she was spot on doing her job + more! Thank you :)! Will be telling my family and friends to by from her.

Closely inspect your new mattress. Very disappointed with after sales service
I purchased a Super king Tempur after visiting my local store. Very helpful stall recommended a medium mattress as I suffer with back pain after surgery 7 years ago. The mattress turned upon time, good delivery guys. I wasn't impressed with the mattress and after a month revisited the store. This time I was advised to give a few more days (as close to 40 days as I could as apparently it takes time to adjust). I did call customer services as advised on abou day 37. A very helpful operator arranged alternative mattress, about £400 cheaper than my original. I wasn't aware that I would lose as much, my fault as I didn't read the 40 day exchange policy. On the day before of the replacement I was given a 2 hour time slot but called to say stock arrived late so not on the van, this was already 15 minutes into the 2 hour window. Next delivery scheduled 4days later. The guys turned up a couple of hours early, inspected the mattress and noticed a very pale circle on one side and line on the opposite. I was told they couldn't take it back and customer services would be in touch. That was over 10 days ago. The mattress protector is unmarked making me think the slight marks were already on the mattress.
I did receive a call after leaving my review and offered an exchange. I chose a mattress of the same value and have been charged £200 extra.
