The team at Dreams Ipswich are very friendly & knowledgeable. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They made me feel welcome in store.

Very helpful chaps that delivered and built the bed. Great comms on delivery times, very helpful in the shop when we ordered the bed. Overall very good service. Many thanks Iain

was an easy and excellent experience from when I was in the showroom with the sales lady leaving me to browse and was at hand for when I wanted to order , brilliant communications up to and including delivery from very helpful delivery guys , highly recommended from me

We bought a bed and mattress from Dreams, had it delivered and assembled by their delivery team.
The two men who delivered the items were great and even wore over-shoes when coming into our home.

Rude manager at Ipswich just hard selling not informed of smell and not suitable for divan bases no customer service once they have your money it’s been a battle for over 2 weeks still waiting on mattress collection and refund mattress collected after having to chase all morning still no refund .they have had my money 1,500 since October 10 th shocking company not dreams !!! NIGHTMARES

I was taken through all options in a quiet and friendly way by Stacey (Ipswich Dreams). There was no pressure or fuss just a very informed presentation of options and plenty of time to decide.

Very good service in store and at delivery. Efficient and reliable service.

Helpful staff.
Quite a big order, but salesman unable to give much of a discount, especially as just not long after Black Friday, late Christmas season, and Boxing Day Sales imminent.
NO other shoppers in a huge store.
Needed an apartment set up quickly.
Will be looking for another King mattress soon, will look at other shops for a discount.

Delivery as planned, and beds setup extremely efficiently with excellent cleanup.
