Excellent service and item.

The men
brought my bed and just left it in my bedroom.. I am an oap with osterosis and did not realise I had to book them to assemble it. It took me over 3 hours to get it together, which I found very difficult. The bed is beautiful and very comfy, but I would have thought that I would have had help with the price that I paid for it, and not had to pay extra.

The idea of buying a bed is a headache to both myself and my partner - being overwhelmed with choice, decisions, what's the real difference between each bed and mattress? But upon entering the store, we were allowed to browse some beds without instantly being pounced upon by any pushy sales people - initially just a warm greeting from Carol and an offer of help if we needed it. After wandering round for a while, we took Carol up on her offer and went from there. Carol took the time to understand our needs, really understand what would work best for us and why. She made sensible and honest recommendations. We took the Sleepmatch in-store test which matched up with Carol's recommendations exactly. The whole process was smooth and a pleasure from start to finish. It allowed us to easily make up our minds and go through the ordering process with ease. Carol and the team in Ipswich are an absolute credit to the store and are people-focused, NOT sales-focused, which is a refreshing change and genuinely made us feel looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and we even got a much needed hot drink too - buying beds is thirsty work! Thank you Ipswich team and thank you Dreams!

The delivery of my new mattress was very good,the delivery men removed my old mattress and soon had the new one on my bed, and I have had very good nights sleep from the first night I slept on it

The choice was very varied and plentiful

Overcharged, long discussion over the phone with the person who sold the mattress and pillows, eventually he admitted he had got his sums wrong, refund issued but still £40 short. drove to the store 23 miles away a 46mile round trip so I could speak with the manager as He is unable to talk on the phone, he did the sums and agreed that I was overcharged so used the refund to upgrade the pillows we had purchased as they were sub standard, very complicated sale process. no offer of covering my fuel costs, will not use Dreams again.
Dreams have been in touch regarding the problems mentioned above and hav compensated me for my fuel, if only they had sorted this out in the fist instance it would have saved a lot of frustration and annoyance.
I have now updated the star rating to four stars.

Delivered in good time, even when delivery date was changed by us for convenience. Delivery crew built bed and took care in home to not damage walls or floor.

From the start when we went too buy mattress too the delivery, it was a great experience.

The excellent sales experience throughout with friendly and knowledgeable staff, including a cup of coffee whilst great care was to ensure we chose the correct product for us. We were told, once the selection was made that if we were unhappy with the purchase we had 100 days to exchange the product. The exchange policy was mentioned when the product was delivered. Brilliant service.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. We used the instore sleepmatch computerised system and purchased a mattress recommended by the store assistant. The mattress arrived on the allocated day by two experienced delivery guys who explained if we leave the corner protectors on the mattress we could exchange it if we found it not suitable.
We have been using it for nearly two weeks and find it very comfortable.

The people in the shop were very helpful and gave good advice.
The bed was delivered on time and the men that did this were on time on the day, polite and very helpful. They wore shoe coverings and gave excellent tips about how to put the bed together.

It had been a long time since we purchased a nrw bed so you can imagine we were very nervious but dreams put us at ease from start to finish.

From the salesperson in store through to delivery everything happened as we were told it would. It was all very efficient. The product we purchased is just what we wanted. We had a really good experience and no problems.

Was sold a ‘premium’ mattress. Awful product. Awful customer service. I brought because of positive reviews and it’s atrocious! I would NEVER buy from them again.
