I wasn’t entirely sure what to buy at first, but the team gave me genuinely helpful advice and I ended up with a bed that properly supports my back.

Delivery was excellent, the drivers were polite, careful, and even wore little boot covers while assembling the bed. Great service all round.

We had great experience from Dreams, from choosing bed & mattress with Carole at Lancaster, to payments over the phone, to delivery & building of bed by 2 nice guys. Lovely sleeps since then.

Service was excellent. Thank you. I am going to give it a five star because from start to finish everything was handled really well.from the beginning it was very easy. No hiccups at all.from the shop staff all the way through to delivery. The bed is really comfortable and I slept much better.

Very helpful, but not pushy, staff in the Lancaster shop. Communication about delivery was clear. Driver was polite and helpful and on time.

The staff at the branch in Lancaster helped us with excellent service. When the bed was delivered and assembled the service was equally excellent. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgable. They made the experience enjoyable. We had our kids with us (one with additional needs) and we were comfortable trying the beds whilst the children were allowed to colour & try some beds themselves! An adjustment was made to the credit agreement to make it more affordable for us. We had intended to ‘shop around’ to compare & contrast however the level of service coupled with our kids needs meant we stayed to make the purchase.

Very helpful sales staff. The installers very friendly but polite They did the job much quicker than expected and cleared up all the packaging. They demonstrated how to operate the sofa bed which turned out to be a very simple operation

Everything went well from ordering to delivery

Full package. Went in for a specific bed and needed old bed removal and new bed made. Everything went exactly as promised and I cannot fault a thing. Special mention to the brilliant guys who delivered and set up for me.

Service in the actual shop in Lancaster was really good.
Shame the delivery and after sales service isn’t.

Bought an ex display bed from the store, helpful staff and really polite and nice.

Bed delivered with parts missing. New parts sent which didn’t fit. Customer service line took an age to get through, when I did they were quite unhelpful. Ended up sending the whole thing back and getting a refund. Took 2 weeks for them to collect it and a further 5 days for the refund.

Not the best experience.
