From start to finish the whole process was a DREAM.
The delivery team were amazing nothing to much trouble, very respectful of my home.
My purchases are everything I wanted and very comfy they are the perfect addition to our rooms.

Sweet Dreams.…
I was interested in a Tempur Mattress with adjustable bed frame which enabled me to select a comfortable position. Staff at the Lancaster Store were very helpful and gave prescise guidance without any pressure.
Had to wait fairly long period for transaction to complete, approximately 3 months before delivery. Delivery and set up proceeded on time and was completed in 45 minutes. The bed is very comfortable and meets my complete satisfaction..

A good night's sleep
We received excellent help from Carole of Dreams Lancaster in choosing two new mattresses - giving us plenty of information to help us choose, without being pushy and allowed plenty of time to try different beds. We also used the mattress assessor to guide the best fit for us. Thanks also for the great coffee! The delivery was as stated and the guys very helpful. Having had the mattresses now for several weeks we are delighted with them.

From start to finish the service we received was perfect. Anya and her Manager in the Lancaster showroom were extremely helpful and the delivery service was spot on. The lads were friendly and we had constant updates of the delivery time. We would not hesitate to recommend Dream.

We had such a smooth easy experience with the staff at dreams, Anya and Chris were very supportive and informative about the different options with bed frames, mattresses etc and the options for ordering.

Excellent service and delivery
From start to finish my shopping experience with Dreams has been the best. The delivery service was excellent. Highly recommend Dreams. I have had issues with other furniture retailers and thought this was just expected in this industry.
