The sales person who helped me was Alfie. He was so helpful but was not one those assistants who was constantly hovering around you but you would only have to ask him a question about a bed and he would go out of his way to answer any questions or queries that I had.

We were greeted and welcomed by Jen and her colleague as soon as we walked into the store. They saw that my mum had mobility issues and said they’d allow us the time to check out the reclining beds in our own time and came over when we gave them a wave.

Brews were made for us, which was a nice touch. We sat and chatted about the best options. My mum was so happy with the service and the advice given. She can’t wait for delivery day.

Went to Liverpool branch staff was amazing especially the lad that served us nothing was to much trouble for him he really did earn his wages that day with me lol
I have a lot of back problems so finding a bed to suit me is very hard work we eventually found one and hopefully I will enjoy sleeping in it and help with my pain x

Brilliant experience from beginning to end. Linda listened to our requests (I have a spinal problem) we went on the bed analyser, such fun and it gave suggestions for the type of mattress we needed. We were on and off so many then we tried the Evesham, perfect! Bed frame next we chose a Sutton ottoman king size. Surprisingly quick delivery and Gary and James built the frame and put the bed together, no fuss , no mess. They took our old bed and mattress away, absolutely exceptional service all round. Great service from start to finish. We were supported choosing the right bed for us. Delivery was swift and the team friendly and professional.

Jenny was the member of staff that dealt with us and she was very helpful,explaining the difference in the mattresses and the different bases.Nothing was too much trouble to her and she constantly asked would we like something to drink,she was very patient and allowed us all the time we needed to decide upon a bed.The shop itself was well lit and the display of beds laid out to perfection ,it was a very pleasant and informative experience and I would recommend your shop to everyone .

Regret purchase of bed I'm disabled and find it most uncomfortable mattresses very hard and the bed itself does not help my disability ...creates more problems for me so regret this purchase

I visited Dreams on Sunday to purchase a bed for my Dad, who has vascular dementia and has recently moved into a care home. We have been given the opportunity to decorate and furnish his room ourselves, so it was really important to us to find the right bed and create a comfortable, familiar environment for him.

From the moment we arrived, Jennifer and Debbie were absolutely outstanding. They made what could have been quite an emotional and stressful experience into something genuinely positive and enjoyable. Their kindness, patience and professionalism were exceptional throughout our visit.

They both went above and beyond to make sure my Dad felt comfortable and included in every step of the process. They regularly checked that he was OK, offered us drinks throughout our visit and never once made us feel rushed. Jennifer was especially wonderful in helping my Dad try several different mattresses and pillows so he could find what felt most comfortable for him. She was incredibly patient, understanding and caring, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

What really stood out was the level of compassion and attention they showed towards my Dad and our situation. Dealing with dementia can be challenging and emotional at times, but Jennifer and Debbie treated my Dad with such dignity, warmth and respect. They made him feel valued and listened to, which meant so much to both of us.

They also took care of all the practical arrangements for us, including organising delivery directly to the care home and arranging assembly on the day, which has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. We purchased a bed frame, mattress, pillows, duvet and protective fitted sheets, and my Dad is genuinely excited for everything to arrive on 1st June.

Customer service like this is very rare these days. Jennifer and Debbie are a real credit to Dreams and deserve recognition for the care and dedication they showed us. I honestly cannot thank them enough for making such an important purchase such a positive experience for my Dad and me.

Really professional and attentive service. The lady that attended to us was simply amazing. There communication on the delivery was second to none. I could out recommend them highly enough.

I bought a pillow worth £79 last week from the Edge Lane store in Liverpool. When we came home and opened the outer bag, we realized that it was not the same pillow that we had seen on display in the store. So, we went back in the evening to exchange it.

However, the staff said that since the bag had been opened, they could not exchange it anymore. The pillow was packed in two bags. The first outer bag was not sealed. The second bag was a clear plastic bag, and that one was sealed. We have never opened the sealed clear bag, and the pillow is still inside that same sealed bag.

We explained that we had only opened the outer unsealed bag, but they still refused to accept it. They also did not believe us when we said that the first bag was never sealed. They showed us one pillow on display but gave us a different one instead, which feels very misleading and unfair. Very disappointed.

The delivery was quick, efficient and driver was friendly. I was informed about some information I didn't know about bed. Would recommend it.

Mattress very comfortable lad delivered it in good time and helped me take it up stairs adi and ste very sociable and explained how to care for the mattress in a very respectful manner

Great service from start to finish. Given plenty of advice to help us choose our new bed ( and pillows) and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Delivered on time and installed in our bedroom and old one taken away . Excellent service.

The delivery drivers Christian and Daniel arrived on time with calls to explain schedule.
They were quick, methodical and tidy workers in taking away old bed and putting together the new bed.
