Excellent service in showroom, delivered on time, perfect mattress and pillows

New mattress and pillow are like sleeping on a cloud, wonderful professional, helpful service in store, recommended highly

I’ve recently dealt with the Edge Lane Liverpool store and have nothing but praise for them. It’s a lovely, clean and well stocked shop, plenty of choice and helpful staff for guidance. I had very good advice and help from Kelly and later from manager Debbie who couldn’t have been more helpful. Yesterday was the day of delivery of a double divan base and single mattress. The delivery was well within their timescale, and delivery men were extremely pleasant and helpful.
All in all a very pleasant experience dealing with Dreams Edge Lane, I would recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to go there again.

I had a great experience purchasing a bed frame and mattrass from Dreams. I was given a warm welcome by Linda. She has a lovely manner. I felt listened to and not rushed. I was given time to look round the showroom. Linda was extremely knowledgeable. It was nice to be offered a cup of tea. I was able to contemplate with Linda which bed frame and mattress would suit me best.
I visited Dreams at Speke Retail Park a week before. It was not a welcoming experience. They need to look at their meet and greet manner.
Connor and Alan who came to assemble my bed, were excellent. They were friendly and informative. Great representatives of Dreams.

I visited Dreams in May 2025 and bought bed and mattress in the store, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.

Dreams provided outstanding service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.

Delivery spot on,Delivery team really professional and polite , mattress really comfortable and getting a good night's sleep after years of tossing and turning.

The reason that I gave my answer was because the Dreams colleague, Alfie, introduced himself, and greeted me in a friendly manner, stating that he was ready to help when I required it. When I accepted, I was asked about my personal sleeping preferences, and offered to try 'Sleepmatch', which I did.

After this, it was explained to me, in a clear way that I could understand, the benefits of each bed (and pillows), which I was asked to try for comfort. I was offered a hot drink while I was considering my options.

I was advised on the costs of each bed, and accessories; discounts and extra offers that were available.

When I had chosen my bed and accessories, with a welcome discount, I was advised on the purchasing procedure, and the options for returns or cancellations; being given a Dreams 'Thank you' explanatory booklet.

I was offered a convenient date and time slot for delivery, the procedure of which was explained to me, and how I would be contacted prior to delivery.

I cannot think of a way that my Dreams experience could have gone better.

From the lovely lady in the shop to the 2 delivery guys that fitted it. It and they were all a dream. It’s an amazing bed and I love xxx

The staff are very polite helpful and also friendly they take there time with you and there’s plenty of beds & mattress to choose from I like the shop because you can try before you buy if you need a new mattress I always think you should try so you get the right mattress for you

Wanted to give a shout out to Kelly for sorting me and my partners new mattress out! She knew exactly what we needed and we were in and out in less than half an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the shop experience and staff helping us out to find the right bed to purchasing it. Agreeing delivery date and delivery updates.the bed arrived when they said it would assembled by the drivers and all packaging taken away no mess left in the bedroom and showing the bed operations

The bed and mattress is great. People who delivered it and set it up were polite and friendly. They were on time and removed the old bed and mattress and set up the new one all in 20 mins
