From advice on choosing our bed in store which was extremely helpful and friendly through to delivery everything went smoothly. Polite ,efficient and careful service in our home for delivery. Everything tidied up afterwards. Thankyou for the excellent service! We're very pleased with our new bed and furniture.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. The service in the store from start to finish was excellent. Got the most comfortable mattress ever! Very very happy customer 😀 delivered to our home. They made the bed up within 30min. Took all rubbish away 👍

Have to say my experience was excellent. Item arrived as stated and delivery guys were very courteous. I'm very happy with my new mattress and the service I received.

Great service…
I attended the Luton Branch and there was no hard sell, just a helpful 'we are here if you need us', which was great.
Good selection, easy purchase and we were able to specify delivery date which was important to us as we didn't live at the property.
They gave us a call 24hrs in advance wity a two hour window for our delivery and on the day, they call us again to advice they were 30 minutes away. I couldn't fault their service.

A pleasant experience from start to finish.
The staff in the shop were pleasant and very helpful as were the delivery team, who turned up on time, were clean, neatly dressed and very efficient.
As for my new mattress, I'm sleeping better than I have for years.

It was great as they called to confirm delivery and arrived promptly at the time they said they would. The beds were assembled quickly.

Regarding the Luton dreams store
Regarding the Luton dreams store. Asked the assistant if I can get student discount ontop of additional 10% off, he said no which was false info as I checked online and I could. Also when I asked him do you offer any additional discount if I buy from you in the store, he made a joke out of it and said “do you want the mattress for free or what” but I didn’t see the joke part of it. He was unprofessional.

The service was 10/10 - both so incredibly friendly and assembled the beds in barely 10-15 minutes!
