James at Lady bay store was very helpful in helping us to decide which mattress would be most suitable for our needs. It was delivered on time as promised by courteous delivery men who put covers over their shoes before stepping on the carpet.

Great Customer Service and Good Choice of Mattresses
We visited the Dreams store on the Lady Bay Retail park, in Nottingham. The store manager, David, was excellent; very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions clearly and with great use of visual props to explain the different types of spring! He listened carefully to our preferences and made sure we were well briefed before leaving us to consider our options. We left the store with our chosen mattress (huge relief after 6 1/2 frustrating weeks waiting for Emma Sleep to fulfil our order!) We are very happy with our choice of mattress; comfortable and the perfect price point for a spare bed.

A Dream from Start to Finish !
From the moment we stepped into Dreams showroom, Lady Bay, Nottingham , we were welcomed and treated with respect. James was very knowledgeable about all the products on offer and encouraged us to try the mattress matching bed.
He could not have been more helpful with choosing our new bed and arranging swift delivery. Thank you James, we already have recommend you to others.

Product quality is good
Product quality is good. Delivery team wore shoe covers before entering your home, which was hygienic and saved me a lot of cleaning work.

Best bed experience going.
Great experience from start to finish. In store staff were fantastic, friendly, and not pushy.
This was followed by a quick delivery and the van staff were helpful and polite.
Would recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Extremely happy with the service we…
Extremely happy with the service we received from your staff at the shop and the delivery staff who took great care. We have enjoyed a wonderful nights sleep on our new mattress so extremely happy all round.

Natural shaped bed instead of flat bed
I bought the bed and now bed is not flat after 6 months, it is geographically shaped. Sinking. Changing shape. I am rotating the bed but it is not flat and prism anymore and company said it is normal.
I dont have any bed, it converted such a structure after 6 months. They were not able to send expert (!) in 2 months, they are very busy. They said it can be happen - there is no issue

Excellent service by a knowledgeable young lady. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a choice. In fact we left the shop to discuss our options and returned later to complete purchase. Needed to change my order slightly the following day which was done
