Alexander at lady bay Nottingham was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our visit.

We visited Dreams to look for a new mattress. The service was exceptional and we were given lots of advice and great care was taken to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
The staff were very friendly and and we love our new Tempur mattress and pillows.

Delivery on time. Helpful staff assembled bed quickly.

Lovely staff, no pressure

Customer service was great and the willingness to help was second to none. This review is on the customer service within the store.

Me and my boyfriend visited the Lady Bay store in Nottingham and was met very warmly by Alex. Alex did the mattress test to find the best mattress for us.
Alex gave us a list of multiple options showed us what each mattress was like and got to try them. Alex was full of knowledge, polite and very welcoming.
We then found our perfect one as the thurapur 800, unsure of the full title but was ex display. But my, that mattress was heaven!
We explained our currently sleeping situation and we had never been mattress shopping on our own.
We got emails and texts right up to delivery and phone call on the day, and I was so excited to sleep better!
Well Alex got our mattress spot on! And that machine does not lie! I’ve been sleeping 9+ hours per night without waking in pain, my boyfriend’s sleep is exactly the same.
Thank you Dreams for making our experience dreamy (excuse the pun!) and to Alex at the Lady Bay retail park who was the best help ever! We will be returning when we look for beds, which is next!

The mattress I purchased was delivered on time and the delivery man was also friendly and helpful.

Went into dreams about 3 times and the team were so helpful. John assisted me in the first instance and took substantial amount of time to explain the differences between mattresses and bed frames/styles which was really useful. Clearly he has ample experience and was incredibly personable. Nothing was too much bother for him. He wrote me several quotes so I could make an informed decision and had his empathy with taking my time to make this choice. The whole team were so kind and went above and beyond to source me the perfect bed and unit. I felt I was given time, listening and supportiveness, useful information and expert knowledge. Received my bed and unit, the installation guys were so friendly and speedy. Not a speck of dirt left. The bed feels even better than I remember it and having the best nights sleep!

The deliver driver was too much rude and make my son unhappy

Selection of bed styles was good and staff knowledge of products excellent. Staff were helpful with advice but unobtrusive. Delivery was made within the appointed time and to the room required.

More than I could take in about mattresses was explained to me and I was not pressured into hurrying or buying.
