When the men got there with the new bed... the old bed hadn't been dismantled so one of the drivers went mad... saying why wasn't the old bed dismantled I said because the man at Dreams when l bought it from said that you would do it so he started shouting... and said he wouldn't of said that because we don't do that I said I'm not lying. That's what the man told me. so I rang the shop in Reigate and a lady answered the phone and said the same thing he would not of said that...well he did actually and I was not impressed 😡😡😡😡

Delivered at scheduled time and kept informed of delivery very helpful store salesman

Delivered an item which had a missing part so can't use ottoman aspect of bed. No follow up calls despite saying it would be sorted next day. Less than helpful customer service and issue still not resolved. Wouldn't recommend!

UPDATE: the reply provided by Dreams is absolutely false. We have not spoken to them today and have not arranged for a new bed to be delivered, that simply has not happened. Further echoing previous comments of poor customer service.

Went to the Reigate store and can honestly say that Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient with us as it did takes us over an hour to decide which mattress to buy. When I need to buy anything bed related again this will be the store I go to.

Helpful but not pushy service that resulted in our purchasing a mattress. This was delivered on the day we chose with friendly, helpful and courteous delivery. Couldn't fault the service in the shop or delivery. Both were beyond our expectations. Thank you!

Very helpful staff in the shop. The delivery team were excellent: careful, efficient and arrived promptly at the start of the two hour delivery slot. No fuss exchange with the first mattress we had. This second choice seems better so far, and hopefully will prove to be our final choice.
