Visited the Sheffield store with my 11 year old child to look for a double bed for him. My child went from being excited trying the different kind of mattress’s to quietly saying to me mum I don’t like this shop and seeing he felt uncomfortable.
When leaving the shop I asked what was the problem and he replied I didn’t like how that man said I was ‘skin on bones’ so a soft mattress would be fine. My child is athletic and very healthy so I’m not worried about the thoughtless, rude comment made and I have been able to reassure my child that he is fine but I think staff should really think before making comments like that to a child.
I wonder if the sales guy would be so quick to make throw away comments to someone that may be opposite ‘skin on bones’. This is not ok to comment on anybody’s weight, small or big.
Very disappointed, unprofessional, rude and arrogant.

This was the drake house store not queens road but drake house did not come up as an option when selecting Sheffield.

Very professional service and helpful advice

Bed was a lot firmer than I first thought after laying on it at the shop. Gave me backache. The thought of having to pay £90 to return it put me off. So in the end bought a memory foam mattress topper from amazon for £36.

All good staff were brilliant couldn’t do enough to make sure we got the right product

Great experience from start to finish, staff always happy to help. Encouraged me to take time to decide glad I bought it I love it.

At the beginning I new I made a good choice. My night became more peaceful and my body feels better then before thank you.

Only problem we had they knocked down the false ceiling on the stairs with last box.just waiting for them to replace it

Delivery was on time, was very quick to deliver and put the bed together. All packaging taken away and room left clean and tidy. Fitter explained how yo lift the bed in order to access the storage area. Very helpful staff. Very pleased with the service received.

All things are the best even delivery people they are good

Phoned ahead after seeing product online, all the information I asked for quickly provided. Followed up with a visit to local showroom, good reception, staff friendly and informative. Everything sorted in around 20 mins. Delivery a week later, on time loads of information confirming time, who was making the delivery etc. Great experience overall.

Every stage of the process was first class from me walking in the store, to delivery. Your store representative Beverley was a brilliant professional. Helpful but relaxed and friendly and certainly not pushy. I cannot stand pushy sales people and often avoid these kinds of stores. After examining a range mattresses, I spent a few days considering the option and phoned in and talked to Beverley again about my choice. She processes my purchase request and organised the delivery perfectly. The two guys who delivered the mattress did their job well and were excellent representatives of your Company. Well Done all round. If I need another mattress I have not doubt where I will go first to get it.

5* brilliant service and amazing mattress and bedframe.

I cannot rate the service I received highly enough from both Beverly in the sheffield store and Michelle from customer services.
I am disabled and both went out of their way to accommodate my specific needs. Unfortunately I hadn't got on with my original bed and mattress, not something that could be foreseen until trialing at home.
I felt listened too and Bev spent over 2 hours in store trying to find a solution. I was left in a bit of a dilemma about what was the best option for my very specific needs and was advised to contact customer services.
I struck lucky with Michelle who was utterly wonderful. She gave be time, patience and understanding. She dedicated a lot of time and effort to come up with the perfect solution. I cannot thank her enough!!
Being disabled, unfortunately it's common to come across the opposite.
I would highly recommend Dreams, the 100 day comfort return is a great safety net and customer services went out of their was to help and resolve everything.
Thankyou.....I'm looking forward to sleeping on a cloud!

Beverley was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything very clearly Iam 90 and my wife is 86 and we both found her to be pleasant and friendly

The delivery team was excellent. They accommodated my needs before they came, and when they were here delivering the mattress.
The mattress itself is also very comfortable, for a good price

Very helpful staff instore who went through all our options. We were given drinks and plenty of time to choose.
One delivery man took the mattress upstairs even though we didn't pay and apologised for not being able to take the really heavy base upstairs too. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
